Such a treat for vegetarians

It is so refreshing to find a restaurant that caters to vegan/vegetarian diners and does it so well. The Sweet Burger, Banh Mi, and Gumbo are my favorites. The relaxed urban vibe and shared tables make the place feel like you've just stopped in to visit old friends. If you are visiting or working... read more

A group went a bike ride to some cupcake bakeries in St. Louis, this is my favorite. The Carmel cheesecake was Great. They have mini sized cupcakes if you want to taste a small amount. The art is very nice as well. I will return.

A first for this traveler, I entered this sweet little out of the way art/treat business! The art was delectable even in the bathroom, and the tables were dispersed for art viewing or savoring the tastes of sweet treats. Vegan, gluten free, numerous choices with names to lure the most hesitant. Brownies, mapler cupcake literally melts in your mouth, never... More

Stopped by for some cupcakes and to our surpise they were serving breakfast! We shared a good morn'n bowl and purchased every vegan dessert they had. The breakfast bowl was really good and vegan, the scrambled tofu was perfect. The cupcakes were also delicious, I doubt anyone would know they were vegan if you didn't tell them. We also had... Vegan brownie bites that are so rich and delicious that meat heads would also enough them thoroughly. Being a vegan, we enjoyed them that much more.

Didn't eat savory dishes, and that seems to be most of what these reviews concern. Enjoyed coffee and tea and sweets mid-afternoon! The area is residential and comfortable. Will definitely visit again.

So glad we found this out of the way vegan restaurant (the taxi driver had a hard time!). I had the Sweet Burger and my husband had the Portabella Mushroom Burger - both outstanding and then I took a vegan chocolate brownie to go and, my goodness, that was good too!

I tried the Vegan Red Velvet cupcake and I have to say... I like it better than the regular red velvet. It's lighter, fluffier and just damn delicious. The shop is fantastic and filled with the owner's husband's artwork. His studio is in the back where he offers art classes to kids in the neighborhood. Cupcakes & art. It really... More

We found this gem through web searching vegan St. Louis. Wow! The family loved it. Kids had sweet burgers, husband had funky burger, I had the kale salad. The best vegan burgers EVER. We split a couple cupcakes. Can't go wrong with any of them. Fantastic place!

As a painter (by hobby) it's always good to go to a restaurant that has original art. At Sweet Art, it's a huge added bonus that the art is actually very good. this is a cute little shop to stop in for some sweets or lunch. I would describe this as a hipster vibe, although that might scare some people... More
