I was in St Louis for a conference and we decided to go out for a meal. So glad we picked Pi Pizzeria despite the stormy weather. It was our first deep dish pizza ever and it was delicious. The salad was fresh and the waiter very courteous and helpful. He was helpful pointing out something regarding a dietary restriction!... More

As the title says, we are spoiled by Chicago pizza, Had a thick crust which was not really a deep dish and the sauce was actually diced tomatoes. The special was a Mexican pizza (thin) which was very good. It would have made a great appy. It was a nice evening so we sat outside. Nice atmosphere. Beer was not... More

1st time I dined her, and will remember when/if I come back to Missouri. We had the garlic bread (real roasted garlic clove), salads & deep dish pizza with tomatoes (real chunk tomatoes). Ver enjoyable, including the view outside thru the window.

My family met in St. Louis and a cousin has a gluten allergy, so we chose this restaurant to eat. It was a beautiful night, so we chose to eat outside. The server was funny and courteous. The pizza took a while, but it was excellent. The only concern was when some locals walked by, loudly using words I'd prefer... More

Had a great deep dish pizza (Bucktown) and the kids' pizza was eaten pretty well too (and they are picky pizza eaters). The Pi Pale Ale was very good too! We asked for good ice cream and the manager wrote step by step directions to a place on The Hill. Very good experience all around!

The service sucked. I had to get the manager to get my check and to-go box. Thin crust pizza for the kids was ok, but not worth $12 Deep dish for adults was down right awful. The toppings were very scarce on the pizza, no cheese whatsoever, and the awful stewed tomatoes from a can that were on top of... More

I was in St Louis for business and was dining alone. Online reviews suggested Pi was worth a visit. It most definitely was! It all started with a great server. I asked for a simpler salad than was on the menu. No problem for Ebony. I asked her whether she preferred the deep dish or the thin crust pizza. She... More

Stopped here on while staying at the Moonrise. We're not crazy about deep dish, which seems to be a specialty. We ordered the thin crust--Lincoln Park with zucchini and it was wonderful. Zukes on pizza rarely impress me but this was good. We split the kale salad and that hit the spot. The sangria was homemade and not overly sweet... More

Great pizza. Everyone I know loves it, and so did I. But we sat in the main room and the echo from the large table against the front glass window was deafening. Also, the tables were arranged such that a lot of them, including the two we sat at (we moved once) were in busy areas with lots of people... More

Great beer, great pizza, great service. In fact on our 3 day stay we ate here twice! We tried The Delmar pizza which was fabulous, the Kale salad was spectacular and our final night, we were celebrating and had the salted caramel chocolate lava cake with chocolate martinis and they were to die for! Don't miss this spot! We will... More
