Great ribs in my visit to see which bbq place is best in St. Louis. The ribs had an amazing taste and the brisket sandwhich was good. Service was quick and the ladies offered us seats as soon as we placed our order. I also found some funny shirts as a gift for my family. The sides were good but... More

The ribs I had for lunch were well worth the 30 minute wait in line. The line is very well organized and once you order your food, there are plenty of places to sit. The ribs were fabulous - well seasoned and almost falling off the bones. The cole slaw was the best I've ever had. The restaurant has a... More

We’ve heard so much about Pappy’s Smokehouse, it has been on our To Do list for quite a while. I’ve read about people having to stand in super long lines to get food at Pappy’s. We must have timed it right because we walked right up to the counter and ordered our food. The servers will tell you what menu... More

As a local, overall has the best rib by a hare (Bogarts and Vernon's aren't far behind) Decent sides, great sauces

Pulled pork, chicken, spicy sausage are also very, very good! Sweet potato fries could always be a little crispier, but other than that everything is 100%. Holly's hot sauce is the best sauce I've ever not put on the ribs...because the dry rub is so good all by itself.

I am a long-time pitmaster who tries to hunt down the better BBQ pits around the south. Pappy's is right up there -- they make some of the very best ribs you'll find in a restaurant. Memphis-style dry rubbed, no sauce. Delicious!! They serve several sauces at the table and I tried them, but the ribs are best without sauce.... More

Very long line. If you eat pork 🐷 this is the place for you. They are known for their ribs. We had brisket it was ok and turkey and it was very good sweetpotatoe fries 🍟 great. Potatoe salad do not recommend.

I like the ribs here lot, but to be honest, a place has to be more than the sum of its meat products. The sides here are at best are only ok, and the lines now that the word is out about this place are just too long. The food here is good, but I have to question if they... More

A very long line but always worth it. We try to stop before every blues game. I loved the brisket and always get it with voodoo sauce for a kick. The service has always been fast a friendly.
