I was concerned about eating here because Trip Advisor hadn't rated it at the top and some of the reviews were negative. But at the suggestion of several people we tried it and were glad we did. The BBQ had very good flavor and we appreciated the wide variety of sauces. We tried the ribs and the brisket and both... More

My husband is a BBQ snob having grown up in Kansas City. He was pleasantly surprised to find such good BBQ in St. Joe. The ribs were tender and perfectly smoked; sides tasty, too! We will be back when we travel through the area since it's definitely worth a stop.

This place needs a good thorough cleaning for sure. The food is ok but I've had better. I probably won't go back for another meal. Try Famous Daves at the North Villages and then if I want good food I drive to Kansas City, it is a quick 30 to 40 minute drive.

Stopped in St Joe for dinner on our way back to Omaha after a Chiefs game. Didn't get a chance to grab some BBQ in KC like we normally do on our trips down for games, so decided to try out some St Joe bbq. Read a lot of good reviews that said this was the best in town... I... More

Ate there while traveling thru St Joe last year, this year tried different dishes, every single thing we had from the entree to all the extras was utterly delicious and the wait staff was excellent.

My wife loved her burnt ends. My turkey and sausage were great but the ribs were dry and chewy. We did enjoyed trying all the different sauces.

This is real smoked in flavor bar b que. We had the beef and potato salad and beans with garlic bread. It was just as advertized and tender, you could cut it with a fork. Very delicious.

Went looking for a great BBQ dinner, found just okay. The potato salad, cole slaw, and turkey were good. The wet chicken was dry and overlooked chicken pieces with a heavy flavorless too sweet sauce on it. I tasted all the sauces on the table and none were overly impressive. The highlight was a great server. She was warm and... More
