My daughter and I visited this coffee shop on a quiet Saturday evening, after arriving in St. Charles for a weekend stay. After getting settled into a beautiful local guest house, we decided to take a walk through the town, recognizing that most of the shops had already closed for the day. I had read rave reviews about this coffee... More

Thank you for stopping at Picasso's Coffee. We're so sorry you had a disappointing experience. We do hand make every drink from scratch, so sometimes it can take some time for drinks if it's a busy time. Often we'll invite guests to have a seat and enjoy the artwork or music while they wait, but we also usually let them... More

It is a small non-chain coffee shop that serves dynamite drinks and bakery. It fills up early because it is so good. Our favorite are the latte's

We only got a delicious cup of coffee here but we were most impressed by the welcome we received as we entered through the door. We were greeted by a friendly, "Hello and welcome. I will be with you shortly!" We can't remember ever receiving such a kind welcome as we entered a coffee shop. Although we did a grab... More

I ordered a Grasshopper and they really were not all that crowded but it took 30 minutes to get my drink and then it was cold. It really had no mint taste to it at all, very disappointing. I heard someone else say it took him 40 minutes to get a hot chocolate, really? That is absurd! It was a... More

We agree, it should not take 30 minutes to get a drink. Christmas Traditions in St. Charles does bring record crowds and longer waits for service, but this experience seems extreme. We are also not impressed with the grumbling barista or the quality of your beverage. We'd like to apologize for the poor experience you had, and invite you back... More

Get the yoghurt parfait, it's fabulous. I had the steak salad and tomato soup. Everything was fresh and well prepared. A great place to eat in this lovely town.

This place has great coffee and food. Good for breakfast or lunch. The Main St. Historic area in St. Charles is a lot of fun.

If you're a coffee fan, do not pass up Picasso's! The coffee here was so wonderfully rich and creamy, it made Starbucks look like cheap Walmart coffee. The atmosphere was quaint and cozy where you could sit and relax. Do not miss this coffee house!

Picasso's was busy every time we passed by or stopped in. The staff is friendly & all seem to be true baristas w/skills. The coffee artwork is great. Great menu choices both healthy or indulgent! They've got it all covered. Enjoy inside or on the sidewalk.

Good coffee, no make that great coffee. The usual pastries and scones, but the atmosphere is what gets the good ratings. Nice folks, outside seating when weather permits and just an all around neat place to drink coffee and socialize
