This was the dirtiest place I have ever eaten. The exterior was loaded with trash and weeds. The front porch was falling apart and appeared dangerous. The food was disgusting. The manager was very hateful. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. more

The evening we dined at Vivian's our food was schorched on the underside obviously covered up by the chef.
