Afternoon cocktails were made to order although on the expensive side and it wasn't event entertainment time. Don't know what the prices do but get your seat at least 30 minutes before show time or you will be standing.

We thoroughly enjoyed the food, entertainment and the classic decor. A fun and relaxing evening, just steps from our room. I give it an A+!

Everyone raved about how great this bar was, but I found it about average. There is nothing to compare it with any where close, so this is really the only option. It is large enough for a medium size group (10 or so) to sit together or for couples. Usual bar fare to drink and eat. OK but not great.... More

We ate here as a recommendation from Lodge staff for the entertainment. Clay Self was performing that night. If you have the chance to see him, don't miss it. He is so talented and we really enjoyed listening to him. We were only going to eat and have one drink. We ended up staying til Clay finished playing for the... More

They have a captured audience at Big Cedar Lodge and they perform like it. Food was not that good, service was ok. Prices were a bit better than the restaurant upstairs, but food wasn't any better. Not so hot, and wouldn't recommend it.

Really liked eating dinner one night when Clay something was singing. His voice is top notch and he is almost as funny as me. Mostly did sandwiches here but one night had the ribs and they were very good.

A unique type restaurant/good steaks & seafood. Service was wonderful. It seems that all the people you meet are very friendly and just like the people from your hometown and if you didn't come with friends, you will soon meet some.

Being from Houston, we were excited about touring property at Big Cedar Lodge. We arrived on Sunday afternoon and restaurant was closed. Upon entering door we were not greeted in an inviting way . We were told restaurant was closed. We then saw others eating in a different area and was then told about the bar. The waitress was Extremely... More

Justin and Clay were the entertainer on two different nights both of them were GREAT. Laughed till my face hurt! Tim the bartender was busy, busy, busy but never were you neglected. Ate appetizers and had more than enough to share with others.
