This was a quaint little pub like restaurant. The food was great and as were the wait staff. There were families all around us and with the sound of it, they were having a great time as well as we were.

We love to take friends to the "underground" ambiance of the Buzzard Bar at Big Cedar Lodge just south of Branson. Get the burger. Or the smoked trout appetizer with an addictive seed-crusted lavosh. Mmmm. AND...at 8 pm most nights be entertained by real-deal cowboy hat-wearing make-em-up-as-I-go guitar guy Clay. He's worth the wait if you get there late.

We stayed on the property this time so we were able to use the pool outside of the Buzzard Bar. It was fun to lounge by the pool while having drinks and a snack.

This place has very good food and is a nice place to have a cocktail & enjoy the surroundings at Big Cedar Lodge. Have been here several times and never disappointed.

Had trout dinner here one night. Pretty tasty, nothing overly special though. Live entertainment was a plus, and everyone was having a good time. Fun place.

The entertainment was a father and son that sang and played multiple instruments. They had a fantastic range of music and kept us all entertained.

You can eat and drink while listening to live singers from the Branson Area that come down on their off nights.

I would say it was typical bar food. Pretty good burger and fries. A little on the expensive side. But everything is that way here.

This place is really a fun place to go if in the area. The decor and surroundings are really cool but the real draw is the entertainer. I think his name is Clay Self. He is a real entertainer, cowboy, singer, jokester, storyteller. He is a must see if in the area.
