White table cloth, perfectly cooked steak, tasty onion rings, fresh salad. Weird television with fireplace video. Waitress was great.
J Bruners has always been one of the best restaurants at Lake of the Ozarks. The food is always good. The wine always tastes just fine. Appetizers are great especially the onion rings and the chicken livers with mushrooms. Friendly service
This was a perfect start ... greeted by the hostess and asked for our name. Her immediate reply .. you've been with us before .. welcome back! Wow ... Nice! Recognition ... great touch! We both were ready for steaks ... 1 Ribeye and 1 Strip. Cooked perfectly as ordered and the best flavor. Onion Rings, Baked Potatoes and a... More
Food was wonderful our waitress Nancy Newland was great she was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a very nice experience.
Once again J Bruners is excellent. The filet is wonderful, tender great flavor and always cooked perfectly. Started with French onion soup that was superb. Their baked potatoes are fluffy and the perfect compliment to the steak. Service was also excellent. Only thing missing is a view of the lake but when the food is this great didn't even miss... More

Food was pricey for average fair-- although the appetizers seem to be the most hit for everyone. Onion rings, n chicken livers were gone quickly. Main course were not very savory for the price charge. Had sea bass an was told it was fresh but was a little fishy and plain seasoned for $29 . Probably would not go back... More

My husband had a filet and lobster combination and I had a KC strip and both were very good and well prepared. He raved... More
Walking distance from our hotel. Food and service was good. It was a typical supper club. Good steaks and seafood. Nothing stood out but was overall a good experience.
