Open nice and early for a big breaky. Service is a bit slow, but worth the wait. Closes just after lunch, so don't be late.... Yummy !!!!!

Very popular little cafe. Great coffee. Must have a Norfolk Island custard tart. Good breakfast menu - we didn't have lunch but did do Brunch a few times. Friendly staff and good wholesome home cooked style food. Check out the fantastic cakes!

The menu had a large variety and included some vegetarian and gluten free items. Meals were often named after people. The prices were reasonable and the staff really friendly. While service wasn't fast, it reflected food being prepared as you ordered it so I considered the ( not that long after all you are on holidays) wait worth it .... More

Busy little place - good variety of food - my husband enjoyed the $20 big breakfast - a real good feed to start the day

Really gorgeous wee café with lovely interior and lovely to sit outside too. I have to recommend the custard tarts (gluten free) ... delicious ... especially if you love coconut. Would love the recipe!! With even friendlier staff this café would be up there with the best in NZ.

This is a typical cafe, order at the counter, find a table, and they have a traditional mix of offerings as well as some toasties with local variety. Overall I was satisfied, but not enthusiastic enough to return.

No visit to Norfolk is complete without a visit to The Olive cafe. This is where the locals love to eat & drink coffee. The menu is extensive and the food fresh. Also a great coffee and Tea menu. Inside and alfresco seating. Sit for awhile and you will probably hear the locals speaking the local language.

Great location , excellent value, tasty food. Food is not cheap on Norfolk, so for people on a budget this is a great place to eat and provides value for money. Handy location near the center of town.
