Not good stuff. The Filet was OK. The salad was OK. But I came here for Italian food. We drove around the plaza, looking for a place to park, near a restaurant we wanted to try and we finally picked this place. Mostly empty, large place that had nothing on the menu that would satisfy a diner that simply wanted...

Their 'Pasta Brio', which I assume would be a signature dish, was rigatoni w/chicken in a red/white sauce that was DOMINATED by bell peppers. It looked like the vodka sauce penne that you buy in the low-cal frozen food area of the store, but it didn't taste as good. You want some Italian food with red sauce to hit that...

Had the Flatbread Bruschetta to start which was super Pasta very tasty, service excellent, nice atmosphere Chicken Milanese superb
They really do try to be "authentic," but it's mostly generic Americanized Italian dishes. The Pasta Vodka isn't bad. I'm giving 3 stars for their happy hour deals solely.
I was a bit skeptical given the expansive interior and somewhat Olive Garden-y vibe I was getting from Brio; however, the food was excellent. The menu is typical italian (pastas, some sandwiches, salads, etc) but was exactly what we needed after a full morning walking around the plaza. We all had a delicious cocktail with our meals which we very...

This restaurant is always a winner. I give it four stars because it can be pricey and at times very long waits; however, I have always had a good experience. The happy hour upstairs is great, especially on a beautiful evening! My brother had his rehearsal dinner here & it was all very nicely done. Thumbs up!
My wife joined me on a recent business trip to Kansas City. She is from New Jersey/Philadelphia area and likes Italian food, but it has to be good. Went out to eat one night and ended up at the Brio restaurant. Until the waitress was able to explain that some traditional dishes are named differently and that they did have...

After a very good, but marginally memorable dinner, I delved into Brio's dessert menu and scored big. Each of the inviting dessert options added to my difficulty in choosing just one, so I ordered an indulgent trifecta consisting of the chocolate mascarpone cheesecake with a side of vanilla bean gelato and a cappuccino. The cheesecake was absolutely wonderful as was...

We were fortunate to reserve a table for a group of 6 as the restaurant was extremely busy. The food was excellent and they catered for young children. They gave out raw dough for the children to make shapes with and then cooked it for them and gave the finished article toward the end of the meal. An interesting twist...
