not great

Service was very friendly and fast, but food was served on Styrofoam plates and bowls, which sort of ruined the fun atmosphere. I had a Rueben that seemed to have American cheese rather than Swiss. The sweet potato fries were pretty good.

Came for lunch with kids and service was good. We ordered 2 BLT's which we had to build ourselves (never had to do that before at a restaurant) and a full chicken tender plate for $8.99 only had 2 chicken tenders! cheeseburger and fries were ok. Would not come back or recommend.

The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was fun. The food selection was not huge. The lunch menu was mostly sandwiches and salads, but that's okay we were just grabbing a quick bite before heading to Lego land. It was a better value and better food than the Crayola Cafe. Overall: good food, great value and cool atmosphere.

Not sure why the poor reviews. I ate here several times on my visit and thought it was really decent, especially for the price. I sat at the bar, so had quick service. I had the famous charbroiled hamburger, and the tuna sandwich, both with sweet potato fries. Both were a very good deal. Staff were pleasant.

Three of us had gone here today, I hadn't been there for years. Two of us ordered "fish and chips", which turned out to be small "frozen Gorton-type fillets and frozen fries served on a syrofoam plate. The fish tasted like dough, like they weren't quite done done. The drinks were served in small "Tom Collins-type " glass and were... More

All servers and staff were on the top of their game. I had less than a half hour until a conference responsibility and they got me in and out with by sitting at the bar with the best service and food I could've hoped for. The bartender who served me my pepsi was knowledgable about baseball and friendly. Great atmosphere... More

Stopped in here during Good Friday afternoon. Seated quickly in the Street Car. Nice place to eat and people watch in the mall. Our soda orders were brought in tall, bar glasses. Were told by our server that refills should be limited to two! In taking our food order, our waitress mentioned the Fish n' Chips so I ordered that.... More

Normally I'm all about trying new places, and ironically since I started writing reviews I am eager all the more. However, this one was a complete bummer. We were seated at a table that was considerably close to another that had kids running about, and the table top was extremely sticky. I had my two youngest with me (8 and... More

We were looking for a place to hit for lunch while at Crown Center. My intention was to eat at Fritz's, but there was a long line and my husband and 7-year old son were not in the mood to wait so we stopped here. Lesson learned, if one place has a long line and one place has no line,... More

After many huge and heavy dinners, we wanted something simple and tasty. Others had recommended this little restaurant, and said that their hamburgers are so good. We went, and my husband did have a very good burger with fries. I had the "Grilled Knockwurst" with cole slaw, and it was delicious. We've become fans of Boulevard Beer (local), and it... More
