Eh...

First the hostess with red curly hair is rude. To be the first person you meet and the last person you see, I would think you wouldn't want the grumpiest, unhappiest person in the restaurant being the hostess. Drinks were small but she did give unlimited refills. Burger was tasty and I could... read more

Fun little place to eat. Nothing fancy but good place to grab a cheddar burger and coke at Crown Center.

We chose Street Care Named Desire because of its close proximity to The Westin. The prices were good; the food was fair; the service was outstanding (such a patient waitress). In short, it's a relatively good diner stop--nothing special but not bad.

I ate dinner here on a Friday night in late March. The service was good as was my meal. I had the steak sandwich which was a fully cut steak on a roll. While my meal was good, I will say that the menu is not very extensive and mainly includes sandwiches and burgers, so if you are looking to... More

A bit small and crowded, but the food is decent and they have a happy hour. Mostly sandwiches, but they have a few meals such as fish and chips made with cod which was nice, Friendly staff.

Came for lunch with kids and service was good. We ordered 2 BLT's which we had to build ourselves (never had to do that before at a restaurant) and a full chicken tender plate for $8.99 only had 2 chicken tenders! cheeseburger and fries were ok. Would not come back or recommend.

The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was fun. The food selection was not huge. The lunch menu was mostly sandwiches and salads, but that's okay we were just grabbing a quick bite before heading to Lego land. It was a better value and better food than the Crayola Cafe. Overall: good food, great value and cool atmosphere.

Not sure why the poor reviews. I ate here several times on my visit and thought it was really decent, especially for the price. I sat at the bar, so had quick service. I had the famous charbroiled hamburger, and the tuna sandwich, both with sweet potato fries. Both were a very good deal. Staff were pleasant.

Service was very friendly and fast, but food was served on Styrofoam plates and bowls, which sort of ruined the fun atmosphere. I had a Rueben that seemed to have American cheese rather than Swiss. The sweet potato fries were pretty good.

Three of us had gone here today, I hadn't been there for years. Two of us ordered "fish and chips", which turned out to be small "frozen Gorton-type fillets and frozen fries served on a syrofoam plate. The fish tasted like dough, like they weren't quite done done. The drinks were served in small "Tom Collins-type " glass and were... More
