Wonderful service. You food is delicious. The pan fried dumplings are crisped to perfection and the accompanying sauce is just right. The boba tea selection and taste is wonderful. I overused some words but seriously delicious!

Definitely upgrade to the noodles if your dish comes with rice. The noodles were excellent!! The whole dish was as beautiful as it was tasty.

We go to Blue Koi for special occasions because it is always a treat. This time was no exception. I had Firebird. Spicy and full of flavor. Hint: You can substitute the homemade noodles for rice and you should!

As a lover of Asian fusion, I was disappointed by my meal at Blue Koi. The pot roast over noodles was recommended and, as one who likes spicy food (it had a one-chili rating) , I was eager to experience an Asian twist on a classic. Unfortunately, the beef, though tender, was completely flavorless and the meal had no heat... More

A local who seemed to know food recommended Blue Koi to us, plus the reviews were great. So we had high expectations and were a little disappointed. We had pan fried chicken dumplings, some homemade noodles, and the spicy chili pepper wontons. Everything was fine and we finished most of it; we just expected more flavor. The dumplings needed more ginger... More

The house made salad dressing is amazing. Spicy dumplings are a must. I've tried many, many things from their menu and all are delicious. You will find something here to satisfy every diet preference: vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, meat lover, etc. Quality is consistently excellent. So happy we have them here in KC!

Visited blue koi after seeing it hyped on several tv shows. Maybe it has changed since then, but both my companion and I felt the food was just average. Not bad, but don't expect great.

Blue Koi is quite casual, but the food was phenomenal! Probably one step too easy-going for a serious business dinner, but a fantastic food experience for family or friends. Flavorful, wonderful new food experiences. I had the special tonight, a seafood congee. Sort of a ricebroth seafood soup with rice, of course, and lots of calamari, shrimp, and a little... More

I had the pan fried dumplings and the Fire Bird entree for dinner with my colleagues. It was really good! The awesome sauce is, well, AWESOME! The entree was good too, but honestly, I'd rather have the dumplings with rice as a meal. They were really tasty. I'd come here again for sure. Prices are reasonable, portions generous, food tasty,... More
