Breakfast spot

We went for breakfast and can get fresh juices, and great fresh food. My husband had the Irish French Toast it was St. Patrick's Day and it was great! I had the veggie kitchen and it was great too. My latte was not good though, but go for a fresh squeezed OJ or other juice, MUCH better!

I went for breakfast and was greeted by a friendly staff. The vibe of this place is nostalgic and eclectic so I went back two more times before leaving KC to go back home. The food was so delicious that I ordered lunch to go. I will go back and recommend to friends visiting town.

Delicious restaurant. Fun atmosphere. And excellent service. I ordered the Vegan sink, which had succotash, potato and other delicious veggies. I also ordered a limeade with limes, cucumbers, a splash of ginger, and it was wonderful. My daughter is not vegan and had a plate full of eggs, potatoes, bacon and ate practically all of it. This restaurant has healthy... More

I went to this restaurant during the week in the late morning, it was just crowded enough, but nothing crazy. The fresh coffee and espressos are delicious, and the juice is very UNIQUE, enjoy and be willing to step out of your comfort zone, might find something you enjoy. The food is a unique spin and is definitely original. Make... More

A friend wanted to go to Succotash for Saturday breakfast. I almost said no, based on my previous experience (see my earlier review if you are interested). I'm very glad I agreed to go again. Arrival time was 9am and it was almost at capacity seating. I wasn't prepared to feel like I walked into a different restaurant. It had... More

This is the best place around Kansas City for late lunch or brunch. There is Sweet art on the wall. The vibe is chill and the food is not amazing but really good and they have twists on standard items. My favorite is the burrito of love. It is a small place so big groups may be a problem. I... Was very busy when we went for brunch on a Sunday. The place is very interesting. Lots of cool/retro stuff. The wait staff was very personable and timely. The food was amazing! We were all stuffed and satisfied when we left. Great little operation they have going on :)

On a recent visit with a friend, we had breakfast during a time it was not terribly busy. I ordered an omelet that basically looked like a large fried egg with filling had been served to me. Instead of getting a fluffy type of omelet (the one I typically expect), I got a thin browned egg like crepe. I can't... More

Amazing food and really nice and efficient servers. The down side was the hostess, she had a terrible attitude. And there has been a little bit of a wait (but it was Sunday at 1pm). But I would still go back

I'm very torn about writing this review because Succotash came so highly recommended from friends and family, so I had to check it out. I'll admit, I'm kind of a snob and a clean freak when it comes to my home and places I go, so Succotash was kind of off-putting with it's cleanliness. Let's go through the experience: The... More
