Fun, Funky, and Good!

We tried Succotash for the first time on July 3, which was a holiday for many. They were busy, but we got right in and were waited on promptly. The décor is eclectic, as the tables and chairs are a mish-mash, the art was whatever, and it is in an old, tin ceilinged store. My husband had their... read more

We took our in laws out for anniversary brunch. It's a cool vibe, a little loud, a little close but the food is excellent.

A friend introduced me to this restaurant. It has a very unique vibe. It looks like a classic diner meets a new trendy establishment. From my understanding, most the ingredients here are local. The food here is very inexpensive. I ordered a short stack, home fries, and bacon. This costs me only $7. The thick bacon was some of the... More

My husband and I came for Saturday brunch and the place was hopping, even though it was early. Our server was attentive, the menu diverse and delectable and the fresh squeezed juices delicious. The portions are large--we didn't go away hungry! Thick slabs of bacon fried to perfection...Swedish pancakes filled with lingonberries were a new treat...I want to return and... More

I live about 2 blocks from this place and have been going to Succotash close to 10 years. This is the best spot to take out of town guests for breakfast to show them how great our city is. Great service and unique dining options. Go early on the weekends or prepare to wait for a table especially if you... More

Good breakfast choices and fresh juice combos! I had the slow cooked pork hash, and it was delicious. Close to Crown Center.

I went there for brunch because I heard it was good and I loved the food but I hated the service. I'm only 12 years old but I like coffee so I ordered a Rosemary Carmel latte and my dad ordered a cotton candy cappuccino and when his came out the lady was about to give it to me then... More

I went for breakfast and was greeted by a friendly staff. The vibe of this place is nostalgic and eclectic so I went back two more times before leaving KC to go back home. The food was so delicious that I ordered lunch to go. I will go back and recommend to friends visiting town.

We went for breakfast and can get fresh juices, and great fresh food. My husband had the Irish French Toast it was St. Patrick's Day and it was great! I had the veggie kitchen and it was great too. My latte was not good though, but go for a fresh squeezed OJ or other juice, MUCH better!
