We used to love outback steakhouse. Would wait 45 minutes to be seated. they have changed the menu in the last few years and it was not as good as it was. We have been back approx. 5 times since the menu change and it has gotten progressively worse This last time, 11/03/14 will be the last time we ever... More

We stopped in for lunch around 1pm. Our server was friendly enough but not very attentive seeing that the place was less than 1/3 full. I ordered the all you can eat soup and salad. Everyone was finished with their meal by the time I received the first bowl of soup. I believe that had our server been on the... More

On a recent visit to Kansas City we ate at the Outback. The wait was terrible and there was one host who clearly did not know what he was doing which seemed to make our wait much longer. However once we were seated our waiter was amazing and the food was delicious!! For as busy as it was there was... More

We go to the Outback at I29 and Barry quite often. My husband always orders the prime rib and I really enjoy the coconut shrimp. We always seem to get a very attentive server that strives to please. We were disappointed when the location at Chouteau and I35 closed as it was much closer to home. We do make the... More

Service was terrible. We only received 3 menus and silverware for 4 people.took 20 min. and asking twice to get it.lemonade was watered down. We got our order and 10 min. later we got the butter an cheese for our potato and the toppings for our burger. But no apology.

After the horrible experience at Outback St.Charles MO we decided not to back off and give them a try again. And a good one it was. Quality food, friendly staff and OK prices. Their back in our restaurantlist again.

The young lady who waited on my friend and me was extremely attentive and kind. Her sincerity was obvious, as opposed to that "forced polite" that you sometimes see from servers, flight attendants, and others in the service industry. The food was prepared perfectly and the pace of service was flawless.

Don't know what's happened to what used to be one of the more consistent and reliable, albeit not the most expensive, steak houses around our little burg. Lately, the prices have risen while the portions, as well as the consistency, have suffered. One of my favs, the lamb chops, have now become a menu item to avoid. Last night, the... More

It was a restaurant, and there's not much more that can be said. The food is good, but not spectacular, and pricier than some of the more satisfying options out there.
