Since my wife and I have visited other Melting Pots we figured this would be a sure win while we were in town. First off we made reservations and still had to wait about 30 minutes. We were seated and it took about another 15 minutes before we got our drink order. We ordered a cheese dip for our appetizer... More

This is my second time visiting this location & the first time i had an AMAZING experience that i decided I'd come back a second time. This time i went with my boyfriend I spent the whole week bragging to him about how amazing this place it.. only to be extremely disappointed. We were first seated & were not greeted... More

The atmosphere was really nice, especially if you're a couple on a date. The service was good, no complain about it at all. Food is good, especially the chocolate Fondue. But if you're coming from Europe, you may just want to skip this place.

I went here my first time with 3 ladies from my work and we stayed for 3 hours to complete the 4 course meal. We did not leave unsatisfied. The food was wonderful and our waiter was so helpful. We went by the rule of thumb 1 fondue per 2 people. This was most certainly a once in a lifetime... More

Took my daughter in law out for a special dinner. The dinner was fun cooking fondue at your table. The service was great The server was very helpful. Great experience. Good food and a wide assortment of foods to cook.

This was my second time at this restaurant. Fondue is a lot of fun, and a unique meal. I ordered a lemonade which was exceptionally sweet, even after I asked for them to dilute it down a bit. I asked three times for a straw but it never came. We were a large group though, but this was the only... More

Went for a very special girls night out with my sisters and it was perfect! You definitely want to make a reservation, thankfully we did. Our server was really fantastic, but unfortunately we didn't get his name. Yes it was very pricey, about $75/person for the four course meal (including tip), but worth it for a special occasion and the... More

Don't be in a hurry when you go to a Melting Pot. You can spend 2 hours and not even realize this. Food is good & if it isn't cooked like you like it...well it's probably your own fault. We recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary & were provided with complimentary champagne. Even though we don't drink alcohol it was... More

I took guests from Wisconsin who had never been to a Melting Pot and we were once again NOT disappointed. Everything was fabulous, including the manager who stopped by our table several times. Thank you Melting Pot for showing my guests a fabulous time!

We made reservations for a private table a week in advance for our 34th wedding anniversary. We got there and they tried seating us at a very public spot. directly across from the waiting area. They said if we wanted the private table we requested it was going to be half an hour. We wanted the private table, we were... More
