The restaurant was fun for the small ones. The food was greasy but good and at a fair price. However, seeing people in the kitchen with heads full of hair and no hair nets was disconcerting.

This was fun! You call in your order on a phone and while waiting watch a train thru a window. Also there are two other windows. A truck goes back and forth in one and a train in another. There are tracks running around the restaurant and when your food is ready, out comes an engine with a little platform... More

In the menu it states: "if you come for the food you'll like the train, if you came for the train you'll like the food" This was some kinda experience. My family admits the burgers were of good quality. However, that's as far as it goes. The fries and onion rings snd shake where terrible. It's hard to discribe just... More

If you've ever treated a child to Fritz's, you'll always have to go back when you're at Crown Center. Diner food is just average, but the delivery method by train is the best. Children love it and all receive a conductor's paper hat. If you're taking the kids to Crown Center, don't miss this. Be prepared, there will be a... More

We LOVED this diner-style restaurant! The food was very good - true to an old-fashioned hamburger diner. The selection of hamburgers was excellent with many wonderful topping combinations. The patties were thin but tasty (there were plenty of options for double and triple burgers to cure the thinness). Onion rings are out of this world! Best part of this is... More

If you like trains, it is worth watching how your food is delivered by a train that drops it off at your table. If you want good service, go to a place that has waiters, not a train. If you want good food, go to a place that prides itself on good food, not delivering your food by train. If... More

My boys (5 and 2) loved eating here. The highlight is definitely seeing the trains that deliver the food directly to your table. The train decor is fun for the kids and adults as well. As much as the kids love that train, if you watch the adults, they're enjoying it just as much as the kiddo's. We received very... More

My husband, 5 year old, and I had a late lunch (1:30pm). The line was short and moved fast. You order your food using the gross phone at the table. Beware! The person taking your order was impossible to hear, I just kept talking. Our order was right so it worked out. SKIP the kids meals, they end up being... More
