If you have young children you have to go to Fritz's at least once. We go most of the time when we are at Crown Center. The children LOVE the train that brings the food. The food (hamburgers etc) is pretty good (not gourmet - more on par with what you would expect at a diner) with cheap prices.

We had a great time watchn the trains deliver the food but the food was really lacking. I think mcdonalds would have been better.

Fritz is a neat place to take young children, but don't expect the food to be top-of-the-line cuisine. Fortunately, it's all a child would ever want. Go... enjoy the time with your kids, but then plan for a real dinner later.

Where else are you going to find great little hamburgers on a toasted bun with grilled onions delivered to you by a train? Large assortment of the usual and unusual grilled items very reasonably prices. My sons, now in college, have fond memories of going here when they were kids. Free paper engineer hats.

Food is terrible. Kids enjoy the concept. Just a greasy fast food restaurant where a train brings your food. Stick to a milkshake and don't eat there.

We went here while we were visiting family in Kansas City, Missouri. We went here one day for lunch with our three kids, and they loved it. There are several trains that run along a track up by the ceiling of the restaurant. They actually deliver trays of food to your table. The kids thought it was the coolest thing.... More

Our Grandson wanted to go here for his 5th birthday so of course we went. It is a fun place for the youngsters, model railroads chugging around the ceiling of the restaurant and "delivering" your food to your table. He thoroughly enjoyed the dinner, the adults weren't so thrilled. The meals were overpriced and not that good. Greasy hamburgers, tasteless... More

We went a few years ago and was excited about it. Our daughter who was 8 at the time really loved it. They have a system where a train brings your food. It was enjoyable to watch while we waited. The downside is you won't go for the food. It was okay, but nothing special.

Ate here because it was recommended - a little train delivers the food to your table and the menu and decorating has a railway theme. The food was average. The service was good.

Well priced burgers and fries, in an atmosphere that keeps kids entertained while you wait for your food! We can not wait to go back!
