Arthur Bryant's offered great authentic BBQ. With the higher temperatures the dining area was not very comfortable temperature wise. The staff were very friendly and the service good. Would definitely recommend them for authentic food.

Arthur Bryants has been around a long time and has hosted several presidents and other dignitaries. However, the meat is often fatty, the atmosphere is OK but usually filled with a bunch of suburbanites. It's good if you are close but not worth a trip.

Dined with a party of 30 while on business for lunch. They served the food family style including slaw, baked beans, and trays of meat with turkey, sliced pork, and spare ribs. The ribs were close to perfect. They were tender but not so much that the bone fell out. You still had to bite it off. They also had... More

I'm not a fan of barbecue but this was incredible. I had the burnt ends and fries and would definitely eat there again. The building is old but holds a lot of history.

The Food was good but not AMAZING like KC Joe's (formerly Oklahoma's Joe's). I had the burn't end sandwich. It was okay. I got the pickles and Kole Slaw as a side. My wife had the brisket sandwich - that was better and their fries were nothing special. My mother in law did have some amazing smoked turkey so I... More

We were recently in Kansas City and had Sunday lunch here to experience some traditional Kansas City BBQ. At the time we arrived, the line went out the door and onto the sidewalk. Moving relatively swiftly, we made our way past photos of famous folks who have dined at Arthur Bryant's to the cafeteria-style ordering windows. I had part of... More

Some of the best BBQ in KC. Great place, stand in line and order. Fantastic ribs, burnt ends, specials, or sandwich you can't go wrong. Fries are great too. I keep making reasons to back and eat more.
