A classic ala carte Steakhouse. I had been told to go to Friday Happy Hour and very much enjoyed the pretty people. The food was fantastic, and the wine and martinis were terrific. Highly Recommend !!! more

Capital Grille has an amazing atmosphere and the food is out of this world. Their service is perfect and their "Stoli Doli" martini is a Capital masterpiece. There is no bad table in the house. I have never had a bad experience at Capital! more

This is the place if you want a great steak and great service. It can be a bit pricey, so we only go on special occasions, but when we do I look forward to it for weeks. We just dined there last week, the filet with butter poached lobster was PERFECT, and yes the flourless espresso cake is a MUST! more

My fiance and I went there for dinner on 5/24. We have been there before and we find this to be a GREAT steakhouse and has to be one of the finest restaurants in the midwestern US. Outstanding! Once you walk in until you walk out. Top to Bottom, The bar is fantastic, Service is above any other place we have been on the Plaza,and the food always fantastic. Drinks and Bartender: 5-Stars. Perfect Manhattans and Martinis. Bartender stopped by our table later to check on us. Classy. Food Quality: 4-Stars. Caviar fresh, but lame presentation. Caprese Salad OK, but only two lonely slices of Mozzerella. Porterhouse steak done perfectly. Tenderloin and Lobster excellent with large pieces of lobster claw. Au Gratin potato side-dish fantastic. Although I am not a huge steak lover, this place always impresses me. The service is impeccable, the steaks are well seasoned, the winelist is pretty diverse. The non-steak options are tasty, particularly the tuna. I also recommend the lobster mac and cheese as a side dish, decadent! more
