Duck Fat Fries!

There are only 3 words you need to know here. They are Duck Fat Fries! I'm still dreaming about them. The filet is very good and they will keep the drinks coming. Dinner was cooked just the way I ordered even though it was very busy. Service was good, food was great, and those fries are to die... read more

I took my niece to Gram and Dun to celebrate her college graduation. We started with two of their signature drinks and at our waiter's suggestion, the Pig's Wings appetizer. Oh my! Melt in your mouth. We then tried the gumbo and the Jackson salad. Fabulous! Then followed with the Macaroni and Burnt ends and the Hanger Steak. Both of... More

I am so thankful we were able to visit during lunch week! I had the goat cheese salad and the short rib grilled cheese, and I only wish I could eat it all over again right now!! Also, make sure you order the fresh squeezed lemonade - some of the best I've ever had!!

I took my brother and his wife to Gram & Dun for lunch on the beginning of Restaurant Week in KC. It was a rather cool Winter's day, yet inside Gram & Dun, with their South facing glass facade, seemed to brighten and make the interior feel warmer. We were seated in one of the semi-circular booths that gave us... More

The food was creative, the presentation inspired. I don't think they know how to make anything that doesn't taste better than most mortals can imagine. Lots of choices for carnivores and vegans alike. Dessert was a wondrous combination of flavors and textures. Try not to pay attention to the calories. Food this good is most likely not on your diet.... More

Had brunch here during a recent stay in KC. Food was great and the Bloody Mary's were perfect. The staff was very friendly.

Each time we are in the area, we eat at Gram and Dun! Excellent service, best burger we have had and perfect for those who love the "foodie" flare! We had the burger (can't go wrong!), catfish - which was amazing - moist and perfectly seasoned and my children loved their kids meals. The kids grilled cheese is very large... More

Nice décor but loud! Restaurant Week menu was diverse. Ordered the Burnt End soup, it was flavorful but brisket was small cubes with a layer of fat. The Local Pig sandwich was good. Another person in our party had the Catfish, he said it was good. Two young ladies ordered the Chicken Sandwich, not impressed. We first had it checked... More

Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. Servers were casual but not too casual. Love the tables by th windows and leather chairs. The food was fantastic. The brunch punch was great. We actually ordered off the restaurant week menu and everything we ordered was delicious. My only issue was that the restrooms downstairs were out of order but no sign... More

A must try. Our server was fantastic. He knew when to approach without hovering. The food was phenomenal - unique pairings that worked well, perfect seasoning and we love that they support local. The vibe was welcoming. This is a place we will visit again.
