I've sampled a lot of Mediterranean cuisine in this area of town, but by far this is my favorite! All their meat has a nice spice to it, and their homemade lemonade is delicious! I love the dressing on their salad too. You can also sit outside in front of the restaurant and eat. Definitely a tasty hide-away!

This is one of those mom-and-pop places where, for what they lack in speed and ambiance they make up for in the care they put into their food. It's easy to fly down Ward Parkway and not look twice at this place, especially since it's in a forgettable strip mall and the name doesn't give you a clue what they... More

Finally tried Marble Top Cafe after driving by it for over a year. My husband and I went on a Saturday evening and there was a pretty steady stream of business. Some eating in, some enjoying the few tables they have outside, and many picking up their take-out. The food was delicious. Their combination-meals give you a great variety of... More

The service was really bad and food was very slow. They wanted to charge 18% service charge when using restaurant.com certificate when there is no table service. They gave us attitude for wanting less ice in the drink. Generally bad experience and not worth spending the money to a place like this.

No complaints really, the place is just a little off kilter. Even the name is kind of OK but...different. The food is very basic Mideast fair. All tastes just fine but nothing really outstanding. It's pretty apparent that this is a family run restaurant. I think the servers are the owners daughters or daughter and cousin/friend. Very nice and friendly.... More

After spending a good deal of time eating in the Middle East I'm going to have to slightly disagree with the consensus on this place. I had a gyro sandwich which was amazingly average. Maybe they're toning down the spices and such for American customers? I don't know, but it just didn't taste very authentic to me. It wasn't bad,... More

Love this place - owned by the guy who makes Yummy's hummus and other products, this has quickly become one of our favorite neighborhood restaurants. Vegetarian options are great. My favorite is the baba ganoush!

We enjoyed the vegetarian combo dinner and the lemonade. Both are freshly made and the lemonade flavor at our visit was saffron and mint. It made the lemonade a lot less bitter and with a slight floral taste. Everything was veryn good. The hummus is very thick, you can thin it with the tahini sauce that comes along with the... More
