Was in KC over the weekend, craved some good ice cream/gelato. I found it! Glace is a small place, a few tables inside and a little patio out. So many flavors, it was hard to choose! Spiced Dark Chocolate or Salted Pretzel? Goat Cheese w/Wildflower Honey or Caramelized Pineapple? Maybe 20 flavors all together. I finally picked Bananas Foster and... More

Stopped by for a sweet treat at this trendy ice cream spot that prides itself on being artisanal, fresh, and local. The mint chip ice cream was okay, but I wish I had gotten the gelato next door at Spin Pizza instead!

Some of the most creative and interesting flavors I've ever experienced! The seasonal flavors like pumpkin pie were some of my favorite. Its's a little pricy but worth it once in a while :)

Glacé Artisan is THE place for great ice cream. They offer the usual flavors and some interesting combinations like strawberry balsamic, goat cheese and wild honey, salted pretzel and sweet corn. They offer free samples so be adventurous! Seating, indoors and outdoors, is very limited which means customers must either take their purchases with them or stand on the sidewalk.... More

Although their signage, voicemail, and website stated that it opened at 11:00am, when I went at 12:30pm they were, in fact, closed. I was disappointed as I was visiting from out of town and made a special trip there with my family (based on the many favorable reviews). While at the store, I sent an email to the company. FYI,... I read about this establishment in an article in Northlander Magazine. I had no idea Christopher Elbow did ice cream. My wife and I went at lunch time, for dessert. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and were very nice to let us taste the various flavors they had on hand. Caramelized Pineapple, Thai Peanut Curry, so many exotic... More

My husband and I stopped in and got two scoops each. I had the spiced dark chocolate and goat cheese with spiced pear. He had the fleur de sel caramel and the salted pretzel. Both of his were bursting with flavor. I really enjoyed my chocolate. The goat cheese was a little bland, but the quality of all of our... More

Best ice cream I've ever had! I love that you can try any flavor and they don't care. The flavors are so unique and if you think it sounds too off and gross - try it! You'll love it!

Happened along this place while scanning the web on the way into KC. My wife had to have some so we trekked on in to find it. Loved the samples, well at least most of them (watch that Rosemary flavored one...). She settled on the marscapone and I wound up with the salted pretzel this round. Both were very good... More

This was a great place and very friendly staff. All flavors were great, so it depends on your taste. I had a hard time choosing two. Also went to Christopher Elbow's chocolatier and was told he owns this place as well. Both the ice cream and chocolates were unusual and tasty and you can buy some of his chocolates at... More
