We came here with our organised tour. The location was lovely, but we were disappointed with the food. The causa had tinned tuna, the seabass I chose came with tinned mushrooms and asparagus and rather gloopy sauce. The peaches for dessert were also tinned, though the ice cream was good.

Excellent seafood restaurant, one of the best cebiches from Peru. Great views of the beach and the Huanchaco Pier. the atmosphere was great, with some tables in the terrace. Excellent service too. Quite expensive, however it worth’s it.

excellent, best ceviche ever, best chaufa de mariscos ever, the 5 items cool plate is the supreme dish, and the view to Huanchaco is unique, wonderful. The service is also very good, and the maracuya sour is the best of the best. Yummy.

My boyfriend and I came here for lunch on my 26th birthday. Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by at least three different staff and led to our table. The views of the beach are astounding, and I was quite literally blown away by the food. We were waited on like royalty, and ordered the classic Big Ben Ceviche,... More

I've eaten here on and off since 2009 - I surf the wave which breaks in front of the Hotel. The cooking, service, atmosphere, are all really first class. The views of Huanchaco are second to none. The service is formal but friendly and very professional. I've not eaten anywhere better and the place is consistently excellant. There is a... More

I was first introduced to Big Ben on my first trip to the Trujillo area in early 2009. I've made sure to go back every time I end up back in the Trujillo area for work. Perfectly-made ceviche, served on a terrace overlooking the Huanchaco beach. My first time there they opened up the restaurant for our large group -... More

Loved it and loved the food. Service was excellent and had a great time for lunch. Peruvian seafood at its best. They even gave us a little boat souvenir. Highly recommend it.

We had very tasty and extremely well presented fish dishes, and the views especially from the top floor can´t be beat as the beach curves along in front. Excellent service as well. (Didn´t seem to open in the evenings though - but I regard it THE option in town for that fish lunch you would expect at the beach)
