Amazing ceviche, best I've eaten so far!!

Lovely restaurant, well located by the beach, with out-door dining. The food was amazing, best ceviche dishes I have eaten in Peru so far!! And the Pisco Sour was very nice too :) I definitely recommend this restaurant if you're in the area....

We went around four thirty, just before they closed, to take advantage of the sunset view and man did it deliver. I had the causas and my boyfriend had the ceviche. Both were just to die for. The double pisco sours were delicous as well and only one was needed! So great. You have to go when you are in... More

Big Ben in Huanchaco is a bit pricey compared to the majority of the restaurants in the town, but it is worth every penny. Had the ceviche and calamari, as well as the seafood causas. Both were incredible. Also, they make the absolute best pisco sours.

The view, the service, the atmosphere, and, most importantly, the food were all beyond reproach. We had the ceviche huanchaceño (39 soles), grilled seafood platter (47 soles), and a round of pisco sours (23 soles each). After almost a month in this country, this is hands down the best food (and drinks!) I've had in Peru. It is on the... More

For starters yuo have this great artwork in the entrance with all the civilizations of the north peruvian coast represented. Then when you go to the third floor you have this fantastic view of Huanchaco Beach. The food is great. Lovely ceviches and tiraditos, fish of all kinds prepared expertly. Very tasty starters and great service from staff.

After many people suggest this to be one of the best restaurants in Huanchaco we thought we must give it a try, The staff were very well trained and the seafood was fresh and high standard, Big Ben is situated a few floors up, so it had a great view. However all of this does come at a higher price... More

Best service and view on the beach. Big Ben loses time on some recent changes in food preparation. Specifically the breading on fish. It is too thick and has the appearance of a commercial cookie cutter no fish just dough.. Twice this has been my experience. Lady said it was more efficient. . If you ride the bus from Trujillo... This was a very lovely place to have lunch with friends in Huanchaco. We ate on the third floor terrace where we enjoyed views of the beach and ocean and listened to 60's orchestral pop all the while trying to guess the names of the tunes. The service was top notch: friendly, enthusiastic and efficient. The food was delicious, very... More

Big Ben has a good name and deserves it!! Cleanest cebiche I ever tried in Peru. The location is great, is not in front of a street, just sand and the ocean---I recomend you to start with a Crashed Crab, kind of soup, delicious. It was amazing experience of flavors!!

Unfortunately Big Ben only serves lunch and no dinner! From upstairs you can see the ocean and feel a nice breeze. My lomo saltado was good but not out of this world, same goes for the frozen limonada we had aside. Probably the best restaurant at the beach!
