We met, the new chef, Valentio, before she took the job and promised to visit her once she was in place. Were we surprised. For someone so young she took the place by storm. She is responsible for all the dishes other than pizza and she is an amazing cook. PLUS her Tiramisu was out of this world. A must... More

This is a must-go stop on our trip every year. Offers great pasta dishes(traditional Italian fare) and a nice wine list and reasonably priced. When busy service can lag but always friendly and accommodating. Like going there when there or 5 or 6 of us as there is always something for everyone and everybody can share. You always come out... We wanted to eat pizza but didn't wanted to sit on the street. The other pizza restaurants just sold pizza to take away or to sit on the street. Of course there was one other alternative but more formal. So we walked to this restaurant. In the moment we entered we were surprised: nice atmosphere, good music, clean tables very... More

Amy and I have eaten here several times and the food is quite good. The pizza is thin crust, baked in a clay oven, the pasta is like a wide fettuccine, rolled and cooked fresh. One night there was a jazz duo, muted trumpet and guitar. Romantic!

We were excited to try the fresh pasta that we read about, it was good, a bit salty, but not good enough to endure the very unfriendly service.... We figured out it was time to order when the waiter stood by our table and stared at us, not saying a word with a pen and paper in hand with a... More

The antipasto salad was great! The waitress forgot our drinks, which was not a problem, except she was rude about it. The pizza was burnt around the edges and when we mentioed something she was terribly rude. The actual pizza would have been tasty if not blackened. The live music made up for it, but for the price to have... More

Excellent Italian restaurant. The entire pasta menu is great but trust your server and try the specials.

An errand took my wife and I out to Sayulita last Sunday evening, and we decide to drop into one of our favourite place (no name dropping), but our client suggested we try a little Italian place up on Revolucion Avenue called Mangiafuoco. She said the pastas and pizzas were delightful, and we were not disappointed. It was a dusty... More

I was looking for a place to take my host "parents" as a thank you for letting me stay during my time in Sayulita. My friend Will and his dog Blue recommended this place and it was well worth it! Homemade pasta and great service. They even had live music in the form of guitar and italian singer. The best... More

We went in the evening and the lighting was wonderful and they had live music. It's not on the main drag, but was not far at all. Great little spot.
