Great Mexican Food

The small but lovely restaurant was very close to our hostel and we enjoyed our dinner. The guacamole was awesome as well as the salsa. It's a nice place to enjoy some good Mexican Food. Unfortunately, nearly half of the menu was unavailable. (maybe because of the low season)

The only time we had to wait for a table our whole trip was when we had dinner at El Itacate. It is worth it. They only had four tables and they are sitting on the street like most restaurants in Sayulita. The menu is on the wall in Spanish, but the server was patient with us and talked us... More

Great food and great service for a small price! It was right around the corner from my hostel and it was recommended by a friend. It was an excellent choice!

I had two big tacos here and they were indeed huge. The sides for the tacos were pretty tasty and these are the two reasons it got the three points. However, the asada tacos were pretty bland in terms of flavor. The smoked fish tacos had legs for sure. It was just a bit bland as well. Overall it was... More

My husband loved the arrachera taco, but I was unimpressed with my asada and fish tacos. Fish taco came painted in some red sauce, it wasn't ideal. Also, make sure you have pesos with you!! They bent us over on the exchange rate when we ran out of pesos. 10 pesos per $1!! When most would do at least 13... More

I eyed this restaurant one day coming home from the beach so we headed back around dinner time when it was open. I ordered 2 arrachera con queso and my partner had the New York tacos. The amount of food that came to the table! These tacos are huge! And I loved how they put the cheese between two tortillas.... More

Shrimp, steak, arrachera, pulled pork - sit street side and order them 2 by 2 with some cold beer and watch the world go by. Not quiet & romantic, but fabulous food

Really good tacos and guacamole, and a nice change of pace with the vegetarian options. Definitely plan on paying with pesos

We picked up tacos at this place after being out at the Mercado in La Cruz and they were the best!! Our husbands had the steak ones and loved them. I had the chicken and it was really yummy.

On a quest to find our favourite tacos in Sayulita, we hit this place up. Largest amount of vegetarian taco options (five solid contenders) we were able to find in one place - our favourite was the chile rellenos with queso. Definitely order a pineapple basil agua fresca; this ended up being the highlight of my meal. Well worth checking... More
