Pricey Seafood but good.

The best part about this place is they're the only beachfront restauraunt in Sayulita that doesn't charge you additional rent for the beach chairs and umbrellas. They just have a minimum consumption rule. If you're traveling by yourself it can be discouraging because the front row chairs have a... read more

Worst. Beach. Experience. Ever.... Service was slow and it was not even tourist season. In trying to help my inept server by clearing beer bottles out of the table a very rude "security guard" started yelling at me that I should not throw away the bottles. The only perk is the beach front... I would just rather buy seafood from... More

My shrimp smelled funky but I was assured it was fresh. Well we all got food poisoning. The Dr said this is common with places that try to sell their old seafood so they don't lose money. He said my wife got sick from her fish because poor kitchen hygiene from cross contamination not washing hands. To add insult to... More

I love Capitan Cook! Lovely beachfront restaurant, great food and vibe, amazing drinks!! Our waiter was very nice and attentive, would recommend everyone to visit this place. And also, don't forget to have the Ojos Rojos drink, can't beat that!

You cant beat sitting on the beach, with your feet in the sand, sipping on ice cold buckets of beer. The food is good, we have never been disappointed and been to this restaurant alot. The bathroom is a little "Mexican" but they all are on the beach. If the beach tables are packed, sometimes the service can be slow... More

Four of us had an excellent lunch of ceviche, shrimp tacos and chicken burrito. Seafood ceviche amazing. Excellent service from Mario. Very reasonably priced. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Good food and drinks. We sit here and order food and drinks everyday while we are in Sayulita. Ask for Ernesto or Mario. Very friendly staff.

This was a very nice experience. sat down and had a couple of cold ones. Our waiter was so attentive and spoke very good English, had a very nice lunch and it was tasty and fresh..did not have to pay to sit and enjoyed the view of the ocean and beach...would go back for sure. Well done.
