Description: This restaurant is just off the square in downtown Sayulita. It is an absolutely great and unusual place to have breakfast, a local secret that could be enjoyed by all travelers. The food is extremely well thought out, and unusual, and among the best breakfasts I have had anywhere in the world and I travel the world. It is run by two expat school teachers who make you feel so at home and they sing and have children draw and put up their work, announce it even, and at the end of breakfast offer everyone a free pancake. You need to list this place. IZB

Great experience that included phenomenal paella and pitcher of sangria. Rollie came over to say hello and check on us as well.

Rollies was my favourite place for breakfast. We ate here 3 or 4 times. There is a short story of all Rollie's favourites on the menu. And what a great menu! Rollie welcomes you at the door and he's a cool laid back man and makes you feel very welcome. They serve really good coffee as well as the best... More

Loved our first ( but definitely not last!) visit to Rollie's where the art of breakfast has been perfected. Rollie will actually sit down with you and help you customize your choice, so it is exactly the way you want it. There is pride in the food and service here and it comes through - they will not be happy... More

We went to Rollie's for a great breakfast! Rollie is so friendly and made sure to talk to every table, seeming really interested in us and our trip! What a great start to the day. The coffee and smoothies - especially the smoothies - are SO good! Breakfast was great and huge - we could have easily shared! We wanted... More

The breakfast dishes that we ordered consisted of very fresh & flavorful ingredients. You will definitely not leave here hungry and Rollie will make sure of that. The Bloody Maria was also tasty, as was the mimosa made with fresh orange juice. It was a little pricey for breakfast, but worth every penny. Rollie's stories and jokes make you feel... More
