Didn't know a thing about Sayulita. Took a bus from PV, walked around, got thirsty. Stumbled on this gem right on the beach that has the look-and-feel of the center of all things. Want info, food, drink? We opted for a giant fruit smoothie and fish burritos touted on the "new menu items" board. Yum! Someone on staff was playing... More

We had breakfast at El Break Cafe twice and lunch once and enjoyed all three meals. The vegetarian/vegan options were tasty and healthy and the fresh juices were excellent. The portions were big so great value for money. The service was very friendly and helpful (in response to a question about surf lessons for children, the owner phoned to ask... More

A great place to meet folks for coffee or breakfast/lunch. Great for people watching and near the ocean.

This is one of our all time favourite places to eat breakfast or brunch in Sayulita - the breakfast burritos are to die for. The waiters are lovely and the owner, Octavia, is friendly & helpful.

So, we figured that this cafe would be a good spot for lunch and drinks with a view, but we did not expect much since sometimes the beach restaurants seem to not work as hard since they have the view to compensate for average food. However, we were so very pleased to discover that El Break not only had wonderfully... More

Love everything about this place. My new things this time was their smoothies with orange juice and you can pick as many fruits as you wish. Jose and all the guys working there are nice people and we are happy to see their faces for years now. Love watching Sayulita waking up from the beach , only suggest to open... More

It is low season in Sayulita. The town is relatively empty. Still, the folks at Break Fast are charging 200 pesos to sit in their lounge chairs. It didn't matter that my plan was to sit there and order food and drinks. It's one thing to do that when the beach is crowded, but when it's empty? I wasn't willing... More

This restaurant is right on the beach and offer several different breakfast burritos served with potatoes and salsa. the size is extremely generous and enough for 2 to share. The lunch burritos are also generous with several varieties to choose from, we had the chicken burrito and it was delicious. We have also tried the rice bowls and the smoothies,... More

One of the better places to eat in Sayulita. Great value for your money. Ate a breakfast burrito and did not need to eat for the rest of the day. Lots of flavour and nice location. Thanks El Break.
