Wonderful restaurant

This has been in our top 5 restaurants in Sayulita for as long as we've lived here. People are immediately made to feel welcome when walking into the beautiful courtyard garden. The overall service was disappointing, we were a relative large group of people and they couldn't keep up with the service. After paying and before finishing our last drink, the staff started to clean up the tables (it was around 9:30pm) and took away our drinks. When we complain about it, the server threatened us because we have been rude... More

we went there for dinner and we had 'parrillada' for 2, it is combination of arrachera steak, shrimp skewers, longaniza skewers, couple of cheese filled chilies, roasted vegetables, mahi mahi filet, potatoes seasoned with rosemary. It was a very big and filling meal for the two of us. It was good, quiet, the service was good and the margaritas were... More

I hosted a birthday dinner for my husband and 15 guests at Los Afortunados! If you are looking for a place to host a group dinner in Sayulita, this is IT! Other places we contacted weren't nearly as accommodating. We were able to communicate regarding the menu, beverages, cost, cake delivery, etc. and everything went down exactly as planned. The... Open air courtyard with wonderful service but the food was very average. The salad was not fresh and was soggy with dressing - stay away from salad and stick to main courses.

Lots of great things about this place! The staff is friendly and attentive. Big shout out to Omar. The food and drinks were excellent. I had the pork tenderloin and my husband had the steak. Good size portions. Unfortunately too full to try dessert. The location is fantastic - off the main road so away from all the noise. The... More

Here's a restaurant that offers a unique patio dining off street (a nice break from the noise & crowds) large tables for big family groups and the food is consistently great whether you are dining on Mahi Mahi or Lamb. Traditional cooking with quality fresh ingredients. In a spectacular setting off the plaza 1 block close but almost a hideaway.... More

Just had a great meal at Los Afortunados. BIG shrimp with a nice sauce, very tasty and priced right. The green apple slices were a nice idea, too. For sure I will go again soon.

We loved our dinner here. The garden setting is lovely - nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the plaza and roadside tables. Service was attentive and helpful, always on point, never rushed. And the food was fantastic. We had a mixed platter for two - arranchera, mahi mahi, shrimp, chorizo, chile rellenos, vegetables, salad - all... More

This place is fantastic and the owner Greg and his staff are amazing! We had a welcome dinner here before our wedding and it was the perfect way to start the weekend! Greg and his staff were so quick to reply and work to accommodate our group. The food is great, drinks are strong and service is top notch! I... More
