Beachside Dining without the Vendors

We love eating on the beach in Sayulita, but the vendors are so persistently annoying that it is a huge detraction. Not so with Don Pedro's. No vendors are allowed. The restrooms are clean and modern. But best of all the shrimp tacos rock! My family and friends have tried pizza, burgers, fish... read more

Twice we arrived at about 7pm and it was too late. So we arrived at 6pm and we were the last guests. Who eats this early? If you are not open for dinner then close earlier. My wife had civiche which was the largest and most bland of offerings. I guess they thought that a big portion would mask poor... More

A group of us recently vacationed in Puetro Vallarta where we went into the town of Sayulita and tried Don Pedros Restaurant. I would definitely recommend trying this out! Great food and atmosphere! They had a variety of seafood and Italian food. I had the spaghetti and others in the group had scrimp tacos, lobster, and pizza-- all were great!!

This was the second time we visited Don Pedro in Sayulta. From the last time we were there in 2014 I believe the service has improved tremendously, the food is just what we remembered which is incredible. We had again the Carne Asada and again it was a winner! The margaritas were delicious. The pizza was nice flavorful and crispy.... More

Large group of us had lunch here this last week. Table was a nice center cut from a tree with the shape of the tree. A tuna starter on a wonton cracker was very good. Just a little spicy, great flavor. The shrimp tacos were great. 3 soft taco shells, large fries shrimp and a spicy aioli. A friend had... More

The setting is by far the best in town, looking out over Sayulita Beach. The food is very eclectic. We were hoping for more Mexican options, but were very happy with our carne asada. Full bar and large menu offers something for everyone. Very good service and clean bathrooms. We were very happy with our lunch at Don Pedro's!

Coming for years and still the fish sandwich is the best!!! And the view is to die for! If you have time swim in the bay as the water is very calm

Great location right on the beach. The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. The prices are reasonable and the drinks are strong.

We came to Don Pedro's to watch the Golden State Warriors in the finals. We came after a long day on the beach and not only was the food amazing but our view to end the night was gorgeous!

Perfect location for dinner after a long day at the beach. Amazing margaritas and appetizers, as well as some good selections for dinner. A little pricier than the other places we ate in Sayulita, but it's nice to "splurge" a bit (and it's still way cheaper than comparable place in the U.S.).
