Must have stood there for about 5 minutes before we were even seated, it was even busy, one waitress stood there chatting to friends just completely ignored us, then when we were seated again must have been there for 15 minutes until someone came with our drinks and took our order, same waitress just completely ignored us and served other... £31.00 for a one course meal for my wife and myself and two soft drinks. The food was really sub-standard - really!!!!! The portions were very small, and what food there was was as-dry-as-a-bone, almost withered. It seemed to be pre-made and heated up?!! We had been to their Victoria Square restaurant - and swore never to go back there... More

This was a long awaited visit to f and b's because we had heard and read mixed reviews. Nice deco and atmosphere was quite good. But my family and I go to a restaurant primarily to have a nice meal. All the food we ordered seemed to be pre made and just heated up. My kids ordered very basic sausages... More

Been here a few times as the carbonara is beautiful but decided to try something different for a change and wasn't too impressed. To me the food doesn't taste as fresh as it would if you went to a local restaurant. I didn't think it was worth the money. However the staff are lovely and friendly and the atmosphere is... More

From the minute we entered the restaurant till we left was a terrible experience and I have no desire to ever dine there again! Service was terrible and food uneatable. This was not the first bad meal that I had there but decided to give it a second try which was a very bad mistake!! Safer buying a packet of... More

Went to dinner with the family, waited a while to be seated but they were very busy so is to be expected. Drink arrived then our starters came my chicken strip was nice but my wifes meatballs were slightly tasteless. Then it happened, this beautiful concaktion of gammon, eggs and chips was laid in front of me it was a... More

Met a friend here as it was good for her and her children. Was more peaceful than I had anticipated it would be on a Saturday afternoon and the service was good. Food was ok, nothing amazing but wasn't anything to complain about. I had the club sandwich and my friend had pasta. No desserts or coffee, but I get... More

Life is too short. Nothing wrong about the place, nobody is going to get ill, its all just what they say. I just can't think of anywhere within 10 miles that wouldn't be a better place to eat or spend some time. Nip across the road and get a MacDonald, even

Really poor quality food. I ordered the burger meal deal. The burger was so overcooked I couldn't eat it and the chips were horrid (clearly frozen chips). My wife got the chicken, it was ok, but again the chips were horrid.

Was here for a Friday night meal, the place was buzzing. The service from we walked till we left was lovely and friendly, sometimes a bit too much. The meal was good nothing out of this world but enjoyable. Would go back again.
