What a nice surprise. Wish it had been warmer so we could have sat outside. The warmth of the staff more than made up for it tho. Food was good, waitress was great, owner was thoughtful and pleasant. We will definitely go back.

The location is really neat-off the beaten path, set back in the woods. The waitress said the menu had just recently changed. My husband and I frequent many restaurants and we would have to rate the food as average. My stuffed chicken was pretty bland, the same with my Alfredo pasta. The service was excellent!!

The Cottage just reopened yesterday under new ownership. The new decor was beautiful, the service fantastic and lunch was wonderful. The menu offers good variety in an atmosphere that would make you think you are in a small French Bistro. We can't wait to go back...this is our new favorite place.

Very good food with substantial portions. Worth the brief drive out of town and off the beating path. Was nice to see the owner interacting with the guests and making recommendations relative to the menu and specials. Good service and value!

Four of us had reservations at The Cottage last weekend. I ordered the stuffed pork tenderloin, which was tasteless, another ordered the prime rib, rare, but it came out well done; two others got the chicken, one white meat and one dark meat.
