There is always something happening down at Java Jive. In the morning, you can join in on a heated political debate with the Royal Academy of Gentlemen sitting outside, cozy up on a gently used sofa with one of the daily papers or recent magazine, and catch up on e-mail and business with our free wi-fi. Our coffee selection features coffees from all around the world in a variety of flavors and roasts, sure to suit any taste. We take pride in using a local roaster, Chauvin Coffee, a family owned business now in its fourth generation of roast masters. Java Jive also offers a wonderful selection of fresh baked goods and deli items each day. We pride ourselves in having bakers and chefs that work tirelessly to create new and interesting soups, salads and desserts.

Great Sandwich place for a quick bite.

We were on the road and we found this restaurant on tripadvisor. Great lunch and it was all freshly made. The tea was excellent and freshly brewed. I would recommend this place anytime. It was easy to find and located in the charming town of Hannibal, MO.

Not only do they have a genuine cup, this is also made by a local potter who has a shop adjacent to them I later returned for soup and this tomato bisque was tasty and filled a hole. The staff was intelligent and pleasure to talk to them

We stopped at Finn's waiting for the local museum to open. Nice, local atmosphere and friendly local residents. Nothing off the charts, but a perfect fit.

Loved the mocha. Also, it's just a fun place to go. Shop around the streets surrounding Java Jive and then stop and get a sandwich, dessert, and a really wonderful mocha here and enjoy the eclectic ambiance---no franchise homogenized decor here!

Whether you just want a specialty tea to cool down w/ or a hot coffee to enjoy w/ a friend after work or a unique, lightly unique meal or desert, this trendy place is perfect! Totally eclectic hand-me-down furniture (some a bit rough, but I'm picky). In addition, it is housed w/ Ayers Pottery & artwork, among other artist's work... More

Enjoyed the atmosphere. Had a cranberry turkey pecan salad and a Rockwall sandwich which was very good. I would definitely recommend this place to stop for a sandwich, salad and or cofee/tea.

We stopped for lunch between sights and shopping. Very relaxing and the food was prepared quickly with a very appealing presentation.

The most helpful and friendly service of a 9-day trip. My family stopped here for a late dinner and enjoyed good french onion soup, custom-made sandwiches, brownies desserts, fresh/hot coffee and a comfortable and enjoyable rest along a big road-trip. Always great when the grown-ups like the food, and the youngest (8 years) can enjoy a PB & J with... More

My high school friends and I ate there twice and found the salads and sandwiches quite good, the shop has interesting decor and you can buy their beautiful pottery at the shop next door.
