This was suggested to me as one of two good local places for dinner (the other being Drake's). It definitely felt local. When I walked in, everyone in the restaurant turned to look at me, as if expecting I was someone they would know, then went back to their meals when I wasn't. The same thing happened when the hostess... More

We love the ambiance. The owner is so nice. The waitstaff is very friendly. The food is pretty good and very reasonably priced.

my husband and I ate there last Sunday, we were surprised that we didn't have to wait. The chicken breast sandwich was very good and my husband got the chicken fried steak and it was very good

We ate here then we first came into Hannibal and it was good. They were quite busy as it was a Friday night at 8:30. The drinks are rather overpriced as they are small and watered down but food was good.

This used to be one of the best restaurants in Hannibal, MO. Over the years, the restaurant has really gone downhill. The average amount of time you spend here is at least two hours, that is just for dinner. The wait staff is working hard, I will not slight them that, but it seems very difficult for them to get... We were there on Valentines Day (about 7pm), no reservation, and they got us right in! We had the fliet mignon and it was very good and reasonably priced and we had excellent service too.

We ate here years ago -- and the prime rib is still exceptional. Overall a good place for dinner in Hannibal -- mostly local customers. The steaks are good too, especially the New York strip. On the wine side, the Lohr cabernet was excellent. The most interesting place to sit is the small glass enclosed section between the area around... More

A colleague and I went to TJ's for lunch and had a bit of difficulty finding the location even though my colleague has lived in Hannibal for several years. It is well away from the downtown historical area, in what appeared to be a residential neighborhood. Nothing special about the ambiance or decor. The atmoshere does remind you a bit... More

I spent my childhood vacations in Wisconsin where supper clubs prevail. The atmosphere and the food brought back fond memories of dining with my parents. The prime rib was excellent and the horseradish sauce for it was spot on-tasted JUST like my aunt used to make it. I will definitely be going back as I have business in Quincy every... More

We were looking for a restaurant with steak and this was recommended to us. It had a nice atmosphere and everything on the menu was fairly priced, what you'd expect to pay for prime rib, sirloin, etc. We all got plenty of food, as most entrees come with two sides. We all liked our food except for my husband who... More
