There is no shortage of "Italian" restaurants in North Saint Louis County, and Pirrone's is the very definition of average. The food is unremarkable, the service is acceptable, but nothing at this restaurant distinguishes it from the all the others so close by. You can do worse for certain, but there is so very much better. I live literally right... More

The pizza is awesome & the salad is enough for 2, always generous portions! Pizza is a thin crust the cheese & sausage pizza recommended.

This is a great place with a different spin. The food is hot and fresh and once you have the pizza you will most certainly return. The house salad is wonderful.

We went in not sure what to expect. The outside just looks like a banquet hall. The waitress was friendly but not overly in your way. We had a large sausage & mushroom pizza. The crust is cracker thin. We didn't know that ahead of time but I like thin crust. The sauce/cheese was different, very good, but different. The... More

One of the best thin crust pizza in the area. Salads with house dressing is also great. The atmosphere is family friendly and the staff is great.

St.Louis is not a pizza town. Generally peoiple love Imos or ketchup on a cracker as I call it. However, Pirrone's if you do not mind a crispy crust is well worth it. Their house salad alone is worth the trip. It can be a bit pricy but go for the M-F lunch buffet and you can go to town.... More

I almost always order the half fried chicken with a side of pasta and a salad, which is always more than I can eat. Everything is fresh and delicious. I like the atmosphere, kind of reminds me of what I might expect if I were in Europe. The staff hustles for you and gets your food to you hot and... More

I really mainly get the pizza and sometimes the salad. It is a thin crust pizza and is very good. The salad is good, they put a lot of cheese on it.

No fancy decor here but great St. Louis style thin crust pizza. Great place for family to watch the game and have a pizza. They have a large dinning area for sit down or carry out. One of my favorites pizza places in St. Louis. They have a location at I-70 and 79 too in St. Peters, MO.

My family believes Pirrones has the best pizza in North County. Having grown up here, but lived in several states and Europe, I agree to disagree. First, it has super thing cracker-crispy crust. Sauce is bland and it is absolutely goopy with provel "cheese." It certainly is an acquired taste.
