Excellent food, large portions, good service, and next door to the Wagonwheel Motel. My husband still talks about the poppyseed slaw.

We arrived in Cuba, MO and inquired about recommended dining establishments. One of our traveller's picked up the menu from Missouri Hick and off we rode anticipating another wonderful Ozark dining experience. What a disappointment! Our fiord was cold, beans tasted like canned, macaroni and cheese tasted like powdered sauce, etc. On top of that, the butter packet my husband... More

We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. They were moderately busy but parking was a challenge. All we noticed of their lot were spots out front and they were not plentiful. Atmosphere was good. It was much nicer than most local BBQ restaurants. Service was friendly. Food was ok. Pulled pork was a bit dry. Ribs were not quite the... More

We couldn't believe that right next to our motel was a great restaurant, but we thought what the heck, lets give it a try. Boy are we glad we did. There is a large menu with a variety of sauces for your BBQ, We also enjoyed the apple cobbler with ice cream. The service was great and so was the... More

This place is next to the Wagon Wheel Motel, so it was an easy walk from my room to dinner. It was a great southern BBQ with good food and servuce.

First the ambiance is awesome. All hand made native cedar furniture with a sprinkle of antiques on the walls and a very unusual "faculties". Our greeter & waitress were very friendly and dressed appropriate. She give us a choice of seating either in the lower dining area or the upper "deck" . A screened in "porch" with a nice breeze.... So we were heading back to St. Louis from Branson, had been meaning to try this place before and after seeing enough of their billboards on I-44 we decided to stop. The motif was quaint, kind of country like, with some taste. Got here for a late lunch and was surprised at how many cars and trucks in the lot.... More

This is a great place to eat. It is next to the Wagon Wheel Motel in Cuba, Missouri. The waitresses were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent, especially the ribs and Orly potato.
