I appreciate the consistency of the food and service at each of the Bandanas that I have been to as I spend a lot of time in Missouri in business. Great value, quick meal and a nice variety of sauces for different tastes, you will really like at least one or two of the 5. "Sausage sandwich", sweet potato fries,... More

Excellent barbeque and variety of sauces. Side items tried were potato salad and baked beans. Potato salad was good but baked beans were absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend tasking all sauces. Sauce is also available for sale by the bottle and the price is reasonable. Service was fast and friendly.

Good service. Decent food. Prices were fairly reasonable. I appreciated the friendly, efficient staff. Not an everyday choice for us but nice once in awhile. I enjoy the sausage dinner and my wife likes the pulled pork sandwiches. Nice side dishes but the corn seems to sit too long in steam and comes out mushy. But still a good choice... More

Passing through Mt. Vernon, IL and stopped in for dinner at the Bandana's just off of the expressway. Having never been to a Bandana's Iwe tried the variety dinner for 2. OK choice overall. Chicken was moist, smoky with just enough seasoning to make it just right. Ribs were meaty, dry rubbed a bit dry but acceptable. Port fair, ok... More

According to information received from an employee this restaurant cooks the food ahead of time vs to order. Depending on ones timing and the volume of customers the food may be fresh out of the kitchen or may have been sitting for a while.

I was given a gift card for my Birthday to eat at Bandana's. We go to your restaurant on Manchester all of the time. The service was good. We each had a pork platter. The fries were hot and the cole slaw was cold and excellent. The pork was room temperature at best. There is no reason for the BBQ... More

good service, reasonable prices, noisy atmosphere, so-so food. There were a variety of sauces to try out, which was good. The pulled pork was probably the best of their offereings

Needed a quick dinner and Bandanas was next door to my motel. Had the ribs, which were very interesting. They were good, but unusual in that they reminded me very much of Chinese barbequed ribs. The half-rack was more than I could eat, but the leftovers reheated well when I got home. Consider it adequate, but only if you're limited... More

Now, when I think of BBQ, I picture my meat soaked in sauce for a few hours awaiting the grill. And it dripping all of the place to the point where all the napkins in the world cannot help you out of that sticking mess. So when we bought this BBQ, I was a little suspicious. I did not have... More
