Close to Mizzou. A very busy restaurant and deservedly so. Something on the menu for everyone. My son liked his pizza a lot. I had catfish & chips which was different than traditional fish and chips. I like traditional fish and chips better but they were good. Interesting beer selection but I wish the Porter was in season.

We eat here at least a couple times a month being a local in Columbia. They have an awesome beer menu and there good is great every time. The patio is great in the summer and fall and the staff is always friendly.

Tasty menu, great beer, and a comfortable patio makes this a great dining spot in Columbia. Loved the pizza, and the pork chop also came highly recommended.

I've likely had 'Honey Wheat' ale in many U.S. cities but the one I had at Flat Branch, Columbia, Missouri, has taken number one in my book. The very local ale, on tap, appropiately named "Katy Trail Pale Ale" for the Katy Trail that parallels the Missouri River, was also excellent and is tops on my list. The food menu... More

The Flat Branch Pub & Brewery has consistently provided quality service and quality food. Waits can be long during the summer or on weekends, but the bar always had a seat open for me. The service was quick and friendly and the food was always good. The beer was surprisingly delicious, especially the cask beer--a growler to go is always... More

Flat Branch is a local favorite--especially in the Spring when the weather gets nice and there is outdoor seating. Their small pizzas are good, and the Mexican salad are a favorite. Beware that there can be long lines on weekends and that the acoustics can make it really loud when it is crowded. It's a must see for anyone visiting... More

This place has a great outdoor patio. It was busy the night I was there with family, party of 7. The brown ale was great. I ordered adobo pork tacos. Spicy and flavorful but cold. The fried catfish was over cooked and the pieces were small. Looked like they were frozen not fresh.

Luckily, we were here late on a Monday and we had no wait. Inside was a welcome relief from the heat and humidity. We all really enjoyed our meals. My daughter and I split a sandwich and for a dollar more they gave us each our own plate with our own choice of potato. It was perfect. Our server, was... More

The service was very good and the wait staff were informative and friendly. The seasonal Watermelon beer was very refreshing (the suggestion of a wedge of lime was spot on) and I could not resist taking some home. The food was very good and I loved the Pub atmosphere. I highly recommend Flat Branch Pub and Brewing!
