Main Squeeze Natural Foods Cafe is what happened when a love of food and a passion for sustainability met a community filled with hungry, loving people. At Main Squeeze we are celebrating a decade of serving healthy and delicious all-natural foods. Super fresh and tasty food and drinks are central to our success, but we think it's our mission that keeps folks coming back.

This place is so adorable on the inside, and really is the definition of a clean eats restaurant. They are great for celiac/gluten free and vegan/vegetarians because of their choices!!

There's no better sign of an honest-to-goodness "locally grown" restaurant offering than noticing farmers and volunteers who labor at the very local farms Main Squeeze sources from enjoying a meal! The food is consistently good, fresh, filling, and leaves you feeling great. I'm a big fan of the rejuvenate juice when I'm feeling like a detox is in order, and... More

My daughter and I were in town to tour the university. We are not vegetarians but this place was wonderful. I had the TLT, not sure what my daughter had (too immersed in my own food) but she loved hers as well.

Hey Jennifer! Thanks so much for taking the time to write that awesome review of Main Squeeze. It really made my day! I am so pleased you and your daughter enjoyed your food. I hope you also enjoyed Columbia and that you both were impressed with MU. Hope you'll stop by again! Leigh Lockhart owner More

My family (daughter, son, wife, self) were in Missouri to attend a funeral, and took advantage of being (relatively) close to her parents in Columbia. Since our son is a committed vegetarian and Columbia is dominated by the schools of higher education (Mizzou, flagship for the University of Missouri system is located there; it also happens to be the alma... I'm not a vegetarian, but I am a regular at the Main Squeeze for their tasty hummus wraps and juices. A bright, friendly place, great for grabbing a healthy lunch.

Our daughter is a vegetarian, so Main Squeeze was a "Must Try". The Greek salad was probably one of the freshest salads I have ever had. The grilled cheese was good, although a bit different to have tomatoes on the sandwich. The griller and smoothies were excellent! We came at a time that was not very busy yet the service... More

So glad we stopped in. Best in Vegetarian and Vegan options. I had the tempeh bacon, lettuce and tomato, super good. Staff is friendly and place is decorated so cool. My son had grilled cheese and Buddha's bowl and they were excellent. Healthy, fresh, organic ingredients. The chocolate chip cookies were amazing.
