Interesting menu!!

After a movie, we decided to give 44 Stone a try. Glad we did! Found some unique things on their menu to try: chicken livers app, salad with a buttermilk her dressing, a bangers and mash pasty (authentic British taste) and some nice brews. Glad to have found this place.

pricy beer and limited menu. This is more an English upscale pub. It will fit some peoples taste but for most it will just be overpriced for what you get unless you really value the atmoshere.

44 Stone is a very nice restaurant with top-notch chefs who really know their foods. The menu is interesting and always fantastic. They specialize in beers, wines, and especially scotches. It can feel formal, but casual attire is the norm. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for something well put together and a bit out of... More

The food was awesone. Ordered three different appetizers, they were all good. Had several different beers and whiskeys with our meal. It was all great. Even stayed for desert. Most of all the service was amazing. We were there for over two hours and had great time catching up with great friends.

I have been for both Dinner and Sunday Brunch, and this is one place I plan to hit each time I come to Columbia, if I can work it in. The food is pretty original, and well done. The service has always been good, and I love the changing selection of craft beers, although when I went for brunch, they... More

My wife and I enjoyed a very enjoyable evening at 44 Stone Public House. We had reservations and were promptly seated upon arrival. Our wait attendant was very nice and helpful throughout the evening. She made a very good recommendation on a nice Pale Ale (Founders) to get things started nicely. We had the Fritters as an appetizer and they... More

I often have the occasion to visit Columbia but usually timed for lunch. This night was a little different so I stayed for dinner. I try to stay away from franchise establishments and, because I was dining alone, I looked for a place that had a good choice of ales. I found 44 Stone Public House which boasted a Large... More

I'm a foodie from California and while many people here love the established favorites, they just don't have the caliber of food that 44 Stone has. The menu is small, so they can execute every dish perfectly AND every special I've had has been incredible. Not just good, San Fran-level amazing. This will be the place I take all my... More

The Brussels sprouts are truly perfect. What?! You don't like Brussels sprouts? Believe me-- you'll love these. The burgers are great. The Tandoori chicken sandwich was just average. Service was friendly and attentive. This place is worth your dining dollar!

44 Stone offers some of the best food around and their offerings are truly unique. Their Roast Port Reuben Sandwich is very tasty, with cured pork loin and pickled cabbage slaw. I'm not normally a Reuben fan but this sandwich was awesome. The grilled apple salad was very good. We also tried the Irish bread pudding and the butternut squash... More
