Sub Shop sums up Columbia quite well; it's Columbia's best subs. It might be a bit on the pricey side, and it's not a 5-star restaurant that you'd want to take the in-laws, but if you want a great sub, to feel immersed in the culture of Columbia, and to unwind, this is the place to go.

I have been going to the sub shop since the 1970's. Always great subs. I never had a bad meal there. Today I had the Friday special for $6.90 including tax; I had a half of a roast beef sub on whole wheat, (you have a choice of bread), chips and drink. Great deal and the food was delicious.

Veryyy good subs, bread so good you'd want to eat it plain! A little weird atmoshpere...the sandwhiches are better to go.

They have a great deal for lunch and so affordable. Great selection of sandwiches and the best folks you'll meet. Great food.

Nothing much to say, I think with all the coupons and specials that Subway has, that would be a better place to go, since they are pretty much the same, except Sub Shop delivers.

Sub Shop is my favorite sub place in CoMo. The restaurants themselves are funky looking, but don't let that fool you. The subs are fantastic. And if you go to the shop by the mall, they have hand cut potatoes/fries/chips.

I love Sub Shop!! There is nothing like a hot Sub Shop sub and a bowl of tomato soup on a rainy day. Plus they have 3 (or more?) locations and they deliver! Tons of selection for your subs. The downtown shop has quirky paintings all over. Very good subs, high quality meat and veggies, delicious homemade bread!
