Poor service, average food and overpriced. But other than that it's ok. I came down from my hotel and hoped for an easy good meal. I ordered the special-- they were out. I had to go to the-bar to refill my drink and the guy that took care of me was very curt and short. They must really be doing... More

Heading back to the hotel after late afternoon meeting and wanting a quick dinner J.Buck's fit the bill. Basic good American food with some local favorites. I tried the local Toasted Ravioli, and yes it's kind of cool, but deep fried anything and it's dam good!! I recommend the quick bar food and a good beer, then you can chalk... More

My friend and I arrived at 11:40 am for lunch. Only a few other tables were occupied. I ordered tilapia and a salad and a glass of wine. So far, so good. the wine was lovely and the salad OK. 40 minutes later still no tilapia. we asked our server who said it would be right out. Another 10 minutes....someone... More

Our large family group visited J. Bucks while in town for a wedding. Had reservations and were seated in the bar area promptly. I had the board option with brisket, which was very tender and tasty. Great drinks. Service was good. Check was around $70 for 2 entrees w/ drinks and an appetizer. Would recommend if you are in the... More

Just a 2 min walk from the Sheraton hotel and the staff was very attentive. The Baby Back Board Option will fill you up and meat was very tender. I only think the Sweet Potato Fries were a little more sweet than in other places. Also, someone there told us that you can order online too.

We needed a place for extended family to gather, and we got a conference space that was clearly under construction. It provided plenty of space for kids and gave us a better place to talk than the crowded noisy restaurant, but had zero charm or ambiance. There were tools and construction things around (we asked that they be removed), which... More

First time was last week to get the restaurant week special. Our reservations were for 6pm and we were seated st a little table. Not many people were there yet. I asked if we could move to a bigger table near us and our server told me that the restaurant would be busy so my friend and I could not... More

Food was better than OK, but not great, and service was inattentive and slow. Pre-dinner cocktail glassware and finished entree plates sat on table far too long. Maybe better training or management involvement would help? I just expect more at Clayton location and this price point...
