Paul Mannos Cafe is settled within a shopping center that does not do it justice. Do not take outward appearance as a book by its cover! The cuisine is simply phenomenal. I have been a patron for many years with my family as we cannot replace the experience Manno's provides. Feel comfortable wearing a jacket and tie with clients, or... More

You can not go wrong here. Food, service, and atmosphere are wonderful. Seafood's are a special treat. Not inexpensive, but worth a splurg once in a while.

Once you walk in the door everything is wonderful as to food, service, and inside atmosphere. The restaurant is located in a small rather non-descript strip mall. Do not miss going to this fine restaurant because of this. It would be your loss. We had calamari as an appetizer which was outstanding. There are two different calamari appetizers to choose... More

True old world authentic Sicilian fare; and the only "must do" eatery for a true foodie visiting or living in St. Louis. This Sinatra sprinkled Cafe is not just for the elite stars (yes, the Denzel story is true) but is very affordable. The lobster ravioli appetizer presents a sauce that, if no one is looking, is worthy of scooping-up... More

Everything was fantastic. Good meal good service good atmosphere. The sea bass was one of the best pieces of fish I've ever had. Mussels were good. Broth was amazing but the mussels were smaller than I normally prefer. Desserts not as good as hoped for based on the rest of the meal but still quite tasty.

Lets get the location out of the way-it is either out in the middle of nowhere or right around the corner. For someone from out of town, staying downtown and without a car, getting there would be a problem. For many people who live in St Louis it is very easy to get to. The food and service could not... My wife and I were at Paul Manno's last night for a business dinner entertaining another couple. We couldn't have been more impressed with the food and the service. Avery was our server and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, a real pro. I started with an appetizer of steamed mussels. They were wonderful and served in a nice light... More

We were taken to this restaurant by our suppliers. It is situated in a quiet shopping centre but when you walk in it takes on a whole new experience. The owner was on hand to welcome us which is a great first impression. The waiter was very knowledgeable on the food and wine that was available which always helps when... More

We had another good meal at Paul Manno"s last Thursday evening. We all wanted pastas this time, but couldn't decide between two, so our waiter split 2 different kinds, & we each gott 2 different ones. Before dinner we had a martini at the bar, which were excellent. My only criticism was that the corkage fee for the wine went... More

I have eaten here a few times now and the food is always fresh, well prepared and excellent. I can't fault it. A real Italian restaurant outside of Italy.
