Food ok service? What service?

Must be my day for poor service. My wife and I are heading home from vacation and on our way through St. Louis we decided to stop at old spaghetti factory as we had loved the one in the gas lamp district in San Diego last year.....bad idea. The food was good but our waitress ignored us like the... read more

Even though the name is Old Spaghetti Factory, the building is modern. The food is the same as others of the same name--economically priced, food all ages enjoy, a wholesome atmosphere, fast and friendly service. It was a perfect choice combined with a trip to nearby Sky Zone.

Twenty five years ago I remember how this was a decent place to go. Food was okay and thought maybe it's changed its food guality for the better. I was wrong terrible. Pasta was overlooked. Sauce was bland. Portions were very small. The food had no plate appeal. Asked came from a bag. Bread no taste. Meatballs tasted as if... More

Consistent with quality and taste that you love from OSF. Mizithra is unbeatable, and creamy pesto is my all time fav dressing. My kids ate from my huge entree bc they are picky and barely touched the buttered noodles so be aware that super picky kids may stick to table bread...but then again mine don't even like Mac n cheese... Everything there is below average. Its a cheap version of Olive Garden ( not even close to them though). You may pay a couple of dollars less than OG per person, but its not worthy. Service was just fair. Bread was just a plain blah bread. Soup only one choice : minestrone ( i gotta say it wasnt that bad... More

This was not our first visit to this restaurant, however, it was our worst experience. Our server was terrible!!! We were there probably at least 30 minutes longer than we should have been because we had to keep waiting for her to come back to our table. Twice, we had to stop another server to get what we needed. Normally,... More

We don't need menus. Mizithra Cheese & Browned Butter is all the entire family gets every time. You can't beat it. We also love that you get the entrée with salad/soup, drink and dessert.

This was the best place to celebrate a kids bday. The kids menu is quite extensive and the regular menu too. We all enjoyed our food, kids and grow ups alike. Our waitress was awesome, she managed the group of 16 with absolute organization and class. All six girls enjoyed a different character from the balloon guy. Definitely a place... More

great place to go for a very good and affordable place to eat. There are many great dishes to chose from. Great portions that will more than fill you up, as well as a nice salad and ice cream for desert. Great place to take your kids for a fun family time, they even have a guy coming around making... Great restaurant if you have kids, but still want a drink! They have a full bar along side. Very busy crowd with a guy blowing up balloons for the kiddos! Very cute for families. My husband was impressed because it wasn't like a "chain" type restaurant at all. Unfortunately, not the most romantic venue though. If you're looking to have... More
