Root Zero 3 just opened a month ago. We waited for the 'newness' to wear off before visiting. The building is beautiful from the outside, but our experience wasn't. The restaurant is all chopped up and doesn't flow. It is hard to get from one area to another. Root Zero 3 does not have a menu, only a food buffet.... more
