Food was tasty, reasonably priced. Service was slow at best, small dinner crowd. Discounts on Margaritas & entrees. Will go back!

After we got over the dingy, poorly kept place, torn chairs & broken tables, the food was even worse. TV dinner quality. So many other options in town. No need to return.

We eat here at least once every couple of weeks. It is an inexpensive place to eat. The food is excellent and their service can't be beat! Always smiling & friendly wait staff. (Several different choices of food, even on the lunch menus). If you go in the evening, their dinner menu has almost anything you could want in mexican... More

The menu and food at El Alcapolco were a good version of Mexican dishes. They are very comparable to Southern California Mexican Restaurants which we are very familiar with. It was surprising how good their food was even though they are in the middle of the U.S.

We ate at El Acapulco on a Saturday night with family. We were so impressed with the quick service and excellent food. The menu is large so you can find any Mexican dish you'd prefer. My husband and I each ordered the Nachos Supremos and we could have ordered one entrée and shared! It was large and delicious. Even though... More

I've only been here once & that was enough! Filthy walls & floor, the table & chairs didn't look too clean either. I was there at night & the lighting isn't very bright so that made it look even dingier. I ordered milanesa & it was awful - tough meat & it had been fried in a deep fryer instead... More

So many local Mexican restaurants survive just because many people enjoy eating Mexican food. What sets this one apart from others is the attention that has been given to developing flavors which are fresh and well-seasoned. The salsa is a blend of the usual ingredients, but the mixing of those flavors in just the right proportion elevate this common condiment... More

The food was good, the staff was friendly, and it was a nice atmosphere. The restaurant was close to some motels.

This was a great experience. The service was wonderful and the food was even better. It does take a little longer than most Mexican restaurants but it is worth the wait. You can tell everything is fresh
