I love the atmosphere and food at this restaurant!! Always the perfect place for both family and date night dinning!!!
A very nice local restaurant, not a chain. Have been there several times and always good food. Like the bread served with olive oil. Location in the downtown area is great.
Bella has exceptional food and a cozy downtown atmosphere. Sometimes the service can be hit or miss, but overall a great place to eat. Get the pasta and a house salad and you can't go wrong. The sandwiches aren't as good.
I, too, liked their bread and olive oil. Spaghetti was also very good. Good sauce. This is a nice place to visit while visiting the town along the Mississippi River.
The Bella is the real deal. Everything I've ever had on the menu has been just excellent starting with the dinner salad and bread. Nice atmosphere, friendly courteous service. Reasonably priced. Great place for lunch surrounded by the antique district.
One of Cape's gems, Bella Italia has very high quality food in a romantic, fun atmosphere. Not a ton of seating space, so if you are going on a weekend evening or for a special occasion, definitely call ahead - or if that's not an option, trust me, the wait is worth it. They have delicious little individual pizzas, but... More
We love good Italian food made with real cream & butter. I had fetticine alfredo and it was wonderful. My husband had his old standby spaghetti/meat sauce. The portion so large we brought it home. Our grandson ate it and gave his approval in spades. The restaurant is very well appointed and the wine was very nice. The price is... More
I love Italian food. I love to cook Italian food. My daughter and her significant other were in town this weekend for a one half marathon race and wanted to "carb up". We took the to Bella Italia for dinner. I had Chicken Marsala - the chicken was so dry it was brittle. The pasta was so OVERCOOKED it could... More
Wife and I wanted spagetti and decided to try the Bella. Served nice hot fresh bread and some spiced olive oil, and was told to take our time to order. Had crab cake appetizers to start us off. Risky choice in SE MO, but ours were tasty and hot. You could actually see crab in them, and it wasn't crab... More
My wife and I prefer to dine at locally-owned restaurants when we travel. Cloth napkins and friendly staff are a good indication that the food will be good too, and it was. I ordered the chicken marsala and my wife had the veal cannelloni with wine and we were both pleased. It was very reasonably priced at $50 and a... More
