McFarlins is one of my favorite places to eat breakfast when we are in Branson, but this time they had changed the menu and taken off the breakfast that I wanted. Waitress was nice. It took over 30 minutes to get our food and other people that had ordered after us got their food before us. Waitress told us that... More

We love going to McFarlain's when we are in Branson. They bring out hot cornbread and biscuits. The food is 'down-home' cooking, and we haven't had a bad meal there yet. We love the rising table, and like to prank our unsuspecting guests with it. You have to ask for it when you go in, or make reservations. There are... More

We saw a show at the IMAX theater complete and McFarlains is also located there. We decided to give it a try for dinner. Glad we did! I was so tired of fried food and french fries with every meal at other places we had been. Our server was a very nice young fellow and did a prompt job of... More

Ok, I am pretty darn proud of the biscuits I make at home, but these here put mine to SHAME! Do you hear me? I mean, they are HUGE and sooooooooo tender. Makes you wanna slap someone. Food was awesome. Our waitress, Martha, was just wonderful! I like how they take your pic and offer it to you on a... More

The chicken fried steak was small and frozen and lacked flavor. The highlight was probably the rising table and the cornbread. Although the restaurant was nice, the prices are crazy high for what you get. Once, twice but not a third time for this family

If you are a big fan of deep fried really greasy food, this is your place. Service was ok but didn't like the lady coming by the table to promote a show . great place to buy a quilt right outside of restuarant

We had breakfast here over the weekend - waiting almost 30 mins - not bad for a Sunday morning - food was average - staff was friendly and helpful - may or may not return.

Extremely friendly hostess, great food prices and tasty food. The country fried steak with green beans and mashed potatoes, hit the spot. The price for two people was very affordable and with the coupon from Travelhost Magazine, you receive an additional 10 percent off of your purchase. Can't ask for anything better. Charles L

Quick and easy for breakfast. Enjoyed that the server was honest and answered questions about the menu. Enjoyed my French toast, nothing spectacular, but worth the price. Steer away from the sausage, nothing spectacular for the extra price.

The restaurant appeared to be the place to go. Boy, was I surprised. The sausage and gravy was nothing but wet flour and with little to no sausage and bacon as advertised. The pancakes although plentiful however, they were dry and hard and the syrup tasted like a poor attempt of a simple syrup. I would not advise anyone to... More
