Great service, very clean and friendly atmosphere. Food was tasty and pleasing to the eye. Lots of memorabilia to view along with retro furnishings. A fun place.

The food was fine, but we especially liked the 50's atmosphere with live entertainment. Mario should, however, stick to singing and not try to tell jokes.

Enjoyed the entertainer....but couldn't see him from where we sat. Food portions big and chicken nachos tasty. Friendly staff. Neat 50s style diner.

The Uptown Cafe is a MUST stop on our yearly visit to Branson. Where else can you get diner food and old fashioned soda drinks? Food portions are huge, so bring your appetite! Since our visit last year they have added entertainment every night.

This is one of the best places to eat in Branson. When I arrived the place was packed and I had to wait but I only waited maybe 10 minutes. The hostess was really nice even when she was really busy with people from a big group. When I had got seated the waitress came and introduced herself to me.... More

Country vibe sit down restaurant with live music all the time. Food good and prices fair. Not a lot of choices on lunch menu. More for evening meals.

Stopped by for lunch right after the end of a Sunday buffet. Food was decent. I had the Reuben and the guys had burgers. My husband wasn't a big fan of the burger stating not much flavor (and ended up burping it most of the afternoon). Fries were okay a bit on the salty side. Waitress was nice and well... More

We had so much fun there! The restaurant is part 50s diner (menu and soda counter), part Cheesecake Factory (ceiling, wall coverings, and lighting). The burgers are ground fresh every day. The sides seemed to be prepackaged frozen, but they were good. The hostess was rushed and working her rear off--the table service was fast and friendly.

We went there in April 2014 and Oct.2014 . My husband had the double steak cheeseburger and I had the Rueben. They were fantastic. We had the same thing both times and still it was great. The breakfast buffet is good. Better than most in the town. When you can't think of any other place to eat, this is the... More
