Nostalgia for the Bobby Soxers, Saddle Oxford & Penny Loafer Generation.

I've visited the Uptown every time I go to Branson on vacation. I've seen Henry J painted a different color at least three times, a lively pastel like blue, turquoise or lavender. The "yellow checker cab look" is attractive and a very bright greeting to the 50's jukebox generations' food... read more

Been here to see the George Strait Tribute, oh my gosh do they ever feed you, great food and lots of it, show was fantastic and very nice staff , we also saw Susan Carman, she has such a beautiful voice and she looks just like my mother, I tell her she is my moms twin :-), anyways, this is... We went to this place at 1:45 PM during weekday. Had burgers. Burgers were pretty good. Very fast. Wait staff very nice. HOWEVER - Thankfully, we only had 15 minutes, however, of overloud serenading and bad jokes on stage. Although it was very convenient, as we were staying just down the street, we would NEVER go back the rest of... More

My friend really loves this restaurant. I thought the food was just average, however. My salad was large, which was good. Our waitress was great. We had live entertainment while dining, which was a pleasant surprise.

A lot of restaurants in Branson are closed or close early on Sundays. The food is ok - mostly fried, and typical greasy-spoon fare. The entertainer was really good though. He made the evening worth it.

The burgers were really good. The patties are lean and really flat. The on rings were tasty but not hand made. Very clean place and excellent service. Ask for your military discount.

This is a fun, 50s-style restaurant in Branson. The food was reasonably priced (burgers et al.) and the place has cute decorations - juke box, round stools at the counter, pictures from the 1950s. The night we were there, they had a singer who also sings at one of the other theatre venues on other nights. He crooned requests from... More

Nice, cute place to eat in Branson. The food was good, the service excellent. The environment at early lunch was peaceful. Nothing like a good grilled cheese sandwich and coke!

The service was good, the food was okay, we went on Saturday night and they didn't have the entertainment going so maybe that makes a difference. I had the club was not bad, but nothing really made think I want to go back there anytime soon.
