Super breakfast

Wonderful location in old downtown area. Food was good and the waiter and chef were super nice and accommodating. We visit Branson 2-3 times a year and this was one of our best experiences yet.

This place has a daily special. I especially like the meat loaf on Wednesday's. The cook throws in just about everything she can find and it's oh so good. Hard to find meat loaf on a menu, and even harder to find good meat loaf, so this place has it all. Other dishes are very good. My wife loves the... More

This was the first time at this restaurant. I had the tacos, which were very small. They were actually corn tortillas with beef. No cheese or tomatoes. There was a taco bar for toppings but they were watered down. Letttuce swimming in water, guacamole was more of a salad dressing. My husband had a greasy steak quesadilla. Ususally chips and... What a treasure! Terrific food, quiet, vintage decor, loved it all. Waitstaff is pleasant and friendly, the price is right.

Nice to find a down home cafe with friendly locals. Hamburger was good, breakfast skillet good. Was just a friendly inexpensive place to eat. She even included a cinnamon roll, cream cheese muffin and a danish for no extra charge since was in the evening. Would definitely go back when/if in Branson.

We ate here for lunch while on spring break in Branson. My 2ife had the pork tenderloin and I had fried chicken. Both were very good. My kids loved the house made chips and burgers. The service was great and we will be back for sure.

Nice spot for breakfast, the restaurant was busy but staff was working quickly to take care of costumers. We had a tough time to make a selection off the menu everything looked good. I ordered the breakfast skillet that was a stack of scrambled eggs, sausage, potato wedges then topped with cream gravy, and a side biscuit and apple butter.... More

The hash browns were frozen from a bag, the eggs were old, the toast was cheap and the coffee was brown water. Nothing compares to Bluebonnet in Marble Falls where we live but they didn't even come close to being delicious. The lady was friendly. Won't be going there again on our Branson trips!

I saw this little gem while waiting outside for a table at the restaurant across the street. I walked across the street...no wait, and had a yummy meal. The daily special was fried chicken and oh so good. You can't go wrong here. Home cooked comfort food at a good price. I will be back!

Good food, service a bit slow. We didn't see the monster cinnamon rolls in the counter until we left, we should have gotten some to go.
