My son who is in his upper teens thinks we should eat here more often. The baked deserts and breakfast donuts are fresh made there!!! The Roten family has once again made this one of the best restaurants in Branson. You may have to wait a few minutes to get in, but it its worth it.

The food was was so good. Taste just like home cooked but better. I had the catfish dinner my husband had the fried chicken that was so tender and juicy. They only use fresh chicken. The potato salad was delicious. The waitress Gina was a delight she made sure everyone in the place was happy. This place is a must... More

If for no other reason, go to Branson Cafe for the pie. The lunch is pretty standard. They do offer daily specials. I had a turkey sandwich and cottage cheese. The meringue on the pie is better than any I have had. The cafe was packed when I was there and the service suffered as a result. Service was slow... More

We stopped here for dinner before we took a night cruise on the Lake Queen. They have good old fashion home cooking that everyone enjoyed. The burgers were homemade from fresh meat, not frozen patties. Kids enjoyed the corn dogs and chicken too. Home made blackberry cobbler was good too. This is a diner, nothing fancy but you will enjoy... More

Very good steak. Friendly service. Gigantic cinnamon rolls for dessert. Good location in historic Branson. I would definitely go back.

I stopped by in the mid-afternoon to try their "breakfast served all day." There were only a few tables filled, so the pace was relaxed. The server took my order, and I heard him relay my instructions to the cook, quoting me exactly ("Bacon very well-done, almost burned."). The food was fairly quick, and tasty in that classic small-town restaurant... More

Stopped by for breakfast. Small diner with old time touch in downtown Branson. Waitress was very friendly and took order quickly. Normal breakfast fare done well at good price.

Food was good, service was slow. Seems to be a recurring theme in Branson. Waitress was nice though. Desserts made daily.

We read all the rave reviews about the food here, so had dinner after we arrived in Branson. Closes at 7pm, so we had to hurry before they closed. Service was good, food was good, not great; seems to be homemade for the most part. We didn't have dessert so don't know how those are. Quaint little place, could maybe... More

If its cooked from scratch yer lookin for then this is it! Had the short ribs as a lunch special which was finger lickin good. They have a kids menu which was a plus for my 4 kids. The potatoe salad was fresh and baked beans were just right . Highly recommend.
