Grandma Ruth's is an inviting little dessert shop, offering some of the best old fashioned cinnamon rolls, caramel rolls and decadently delicious toffee rolls you have ever enjoyed anywhere. Our rolls are baked fresh every all during our hours of operation. Then basted in warm melted butter and ever so lovingly given a gentle yet plentiful covering of our frosting. Easily making these some of the most gooey and delicious rolls ever. A must on your trip to Branson, Missouri. Stop by and meet "Grandma Ruth", chat and get a picture if you like. She loves meeting new people!!! Oh and we have live entertainment in the mornings too...See you soon!!!

I had to wait about ten minutes in line, but that's to be expected on a a Saturday morning. Got one for everyone on our trip plus a few extras in case anyone wanted more than one. That turned out to be completely unnecessary as they are really filling. No problem getting takers for the leftovers the next morning though!

Worth the stop! Very delicious, without being too over the top. Just the right amount of frosting....and Grandma Ruth is there! Very friendly staff, too.

We stopped based on reviews we read!! You will not be disappointed!! Grandma Ruth was a very sweet lady conversing with my kids making them feel very welcomed!! Prices are great but the best thing is the huge cinnamon rolls!! This will become a regular stop anytime we are in town!!! Ps my wife is an avid baker and she... More

Wow these are great cinnamon rolls! If you are lucky when you order a box to take with you they will throw in some of the end pieces! These aren't as sweet as the middles and I love them almost as much like a yummy sweet bread! Both great with a hot cup of coffee for sure!

Price is right and the cinnamon rolls were AMAZING! Grandma Ruth was in there the two mornings we went working away. What we didn't care for was the man they had singing. We would just rather hear the radio or sit in silence and talk than to listen to someone singing. I'm sure some enjoy htat, but just not our... More

If you like Cinnabon Rolls, you will love Grandma Ruth's! Choose between the cinnamon, caramel and toffee icings! Adequate area for eating on or if you would rather, get them to go! Their front counter and oven area could use some improved efficiencies, but a little wait never hurt anyone. Grandma Ruth's is in a non-descript strip center and parking... More

This is now my regular spot while in Branson. First, I must admit that I LOVE cinnamon rolls. And my mom, grandma and great grandma make theirs from scratch (which I love). Grandma Ruth's is SO good. I love that when you walk in, you see grandma Ruth sitting behind a window putting on butter then icing on the homemade... More

This place was fantastic! You can get 6 large cinnamon rolls for $15 and they cannot be beat. Don't go to this place if you're on a diet, because you won't be able to stop eating these rolls! We tried the Caramel, Toffee, and classic Cinnamon roll and they were all wonderful! Grandma Ruth was super sweet to our kids... More

My husband was not thrilled when I suggested we try Grandma Ruth's for breakfast. We had a slight wait while the family in front of us chose their treats. No big deal for us as we were intrigued by the open bakery operation viewed through the glass partition. When we paid for our order, the young man comped one of... More
