Grandma Ruth greeted us as we walked in. The BEST cinammon rolls I have had in a long time. There are no other options besides cinnamon rolls. I would recommend going early, as when they sell out, they are gone!

This place is has some of the best rolls we have ever eaten! We even got to meet Ruth herself as she was frosting the first batch of the day. You will not be disappointed!

We stopped in for a cinnamon roll and coffee today, what a treat! Grandma Ruth was there to greet us, and though all they had left were cinnamon rolls, they were AMAZING!!! We enjoyed the ambiance, and will definitely be back (maybe even tomorrow!). I just MUST sample the caramel and toffee rolls… if they are anything like the cinnamon,... More

This has become a "Branson Tradition" for me!! You will not meet a more genuine family... Oh,yes - the cinnamon rolls - AMAZING!! They want nothing more than to please their customers. So if yours isn't to your liking, let them know!!! Customers are #1 to this business. Thank you Grandma for another fun vacation memory!

The cinnamon rolls themselves were ok. The outside was good, but the inside of the rolls were still raw and didn't like that too much. I ordered a dozen cinnamon rolls and a dozen toffee to go. I ended up with 24 cinnamon. I also ordered coffee, and got half a cup of some blackberry flavored coffee as they were... More

We went here with really high expectations. The cinnamon rolls were massive and tasted great. We got six for $15 and thought it was a great deal too. It's nice to see grandma Ruth in there working. Definitely will be going back for seconds.

As a new resident of the area, my wife and I accidentally stumbled upon this unassuming building in Branson.....We had never heard of Grandma Ruth or her Cinnamon Rolls. We were not convinced to visit by any reviews. The word Cinnamon Roll drew us in and we have been fans ever since! THE ROLLS -- Real flour, real butter, real... More

Fun experience for the kids and good rolls. I think Cinnabon is a little bit better and about the same price.

I did a lot of research before our trip to Branson and one thing kept coming up consistently that Grandma Ruth's cinnamon rolls were not to be missed. We picked some up to be eaten the next day and was assured that heating them up in the microwave was good. They were correct. I'm rating this an average because one... More

I always thought I made some great sticky cinn. rolls, but these have to be the best in the world. Fresh, warm and so delicious. We also loved the entertainment while eating the roll. Had a nice morning there.
