Grandma Ruth's is an inviting little dessert shop, offering some of the best old fashioned cinnamon rolls, caramel rolls and decadently delicious toffee rolls you have ever enjoyed anywhere. Our rolls are baked fresh every all during our hours of operation. Then basted in warm melted butter and ever so lovingly given a gentle yet plentiful covering of our frosting. Easily making these some of the most gooey and delicious rolls ever. A must on your trip to Branson, Missouri. Stop by and meet "Grandma Ruth", chat and get a picture if you like. She loves meeting new people!!! Oh and we have live entertainment in the mornings too...See you soon!!!

I looked at the reviews and everyone said it was great. It was very good but it needed more icing on top. Still doesn't match Cinabon but I would go again. FYI, They close at 1:00 and the selection of rolls thins out the closer it gets.

My wife and I have been all over the United States and have never found any place that comes close to Grandma Ruth's!! By leaps and bounds, she makes the best cinnamon rolls we have ever had!!! Anyone traveling to or through Branson should treat themselves to a very special cinnamon roll! You won't find better!

I tried the regular cinnamon roll and it was fresh and still warm. I love chocolate on my cinnamon rolls and hope they add that to the menu!

These cinnamon rolls are so good and big and gooey and rich! We tried all three varieties. They were all good but the Toffee one was over the top! The heat up pretty good the next day too, just don't microwave them too long. An added bonus was listening to John Fullerton, Branson's own Singing Cowboy songs and stories about... More

Had all three kinds of rolls: cinnamon, caramel, and toffee. Hubby and son loved the cinnamon. I was a sucker for the toffee which is a cinnamon roll drenched in homemade toffee. The blackberry coffee was good too. Ron S. does a great job entertaining in the dining room, singing everything from Elvis to Sinatra to Lady Gaga! We'll be... More

My son loved Grandma Ruth. Just exactly like you would imaging a grandma making cinnamon rolls. She even gave my son a free cookie. The rolls tasted wonderful and weren't too sweet.

The cinnamon rolls are decent but not as over-the-top delicious as I was expecting. We will certainly go back and we enjoyed them but from everything I had read I was just expecting more. To us, they are just normal cinnamon rolls!

What a great surprise!! Employees were very friendly and helpful and Grandma Ruth was there working on the next batch. The menu is simple and a welcomed change from the usual overwhelming experiences... Purchasing is simple, price is perfect, and 3 choices of homemade rolls await you: 1. regular cinnamon, 2. caramel (infused into the dough for for a delightfully... More
