Grandma Ruth's is an inviting little dessert shop, offering some of the best old fashioned cinnamon rolls, caramel rolls and decadently delicious toffee rolls you have ever enjoyed anywhere. Our rolls are baked fresh every all during our hours of operation. Then basted in warm melted butter and ever so lovingly given a gentle yet plentiful covering of our frosting. Easily making these some of the most gooey and delicious rolls ever. A must on your trip to Branson, Missouri. Stop by and meet "Grandma Ruth", chat and get a picture if you like. She loves meeting new people!!! Oh and we have live entertainment in the mornings too...See you soon!!!

Baked Heaven

These rolls are pure heaven. Meet Grandma Ruth every morning sitting in the shop icing rolls. We ate there one morning and went in another to get rolls to take back to the cabin. Well worth trying.

The cinnamon rolls were good. I'll give them that. But with such a simple menu they should be able to keep everything in stock. Maybe we just hit a bad day.... But they were out of caramel rolls, chocolate milk, coffee (apparently they never have regular, only decaf and blackberry), and creamer. We had planned to eat there, but the... More

Since I enjoy cinnamon rolls I just couldn't pass up this place on the way to my hotel. It's a small place where grandma sits and chats with customers while she and her staff prepare the fresh rolls. Each roll is warm, with plenty of cinnamon and a mostly clear coating of glaze - just the way I like them.... More

Stopped here because it was frequently recommended online...cinnamon rolls were delicious. You can see them Made right in front of you! Coffee was cold, and the live music at 10 am wasn't really for me. But to each his own!

Enjoyed a cinnamon roll which was enjoyable. Dining area doubles as a stage area with a singer who was good but I am more of an eat in quiet person.

Our favorite was the cinnamon roll. The toffee was just too sweet. They are a good size and well worth finding! They are tucked away in a small strip shopping center!

This is a little hole in the wall place with a seventeen-year-old working the counter. The dough is much closer to donut texture than a real cinnamon bun. The best cinnamon buns come with a sticky dark glaze coating on top and are covered with pecans. When asked about the pecans, I got mombo jumbo about their insurance and health... More

Huge soft buttery cinnamon rolls covered with icing. Best we've ever had. The caramel rolls are great too. We always order extra to take home and keep in the freezer.
